Hi Iain, Sorry this post isn’t anything to do with your latest video but I’ve only just come across your channel so I have a bit of catching up to do! We were lucky enough to be anchored at the dock in Mongonissi Paxos June last year where we were treated to you playing the Bagpipes for half an hour or so on the foredeck of your boat. It was a top moment in a holiday full of highlights. We did want to thank you personally but never bumped into you there or later in Gaios so thank you very much for entertaining us while enjoying a sundowner or two in an amazing location. Keep safe Ian
Hi Ian, wow! thats a blast from the past!... It seems incredible now that that was only last year as we seem to have done so much since then...too much in some respects! We loved our time on Paxos though. A very special place for us as we got married there in 2017. We will return again one day! Anyway thank you for your kind message. I'm really glad you enjoyed the pipes. Its not the kind of instrument you can practice privately so its always nice to hear when someone has enjoyed it. Not sure where you are based but we are slowly but surely making our way back to the UK/North europe in the coming year so you never know our paths may cross. I don't know if you have facebook or instagram but we are much more up to date on there as the videos take quite some time to make. Anyway thanks again for your kind message, so nice to hear I brightened an already great holiday. Maybe see you around for a beer one day... cheers Iain and Kate
What a cracking sail albeit a little slow. No rush and take in the view. We have our large code on a facnor furler. It is so easy to use and I would strongly recommend. We also have to sort out a bow sprit as we are using a tied down spinnaker pole.
Only just discovered that we may be able to put the existing sail on a furler so will definitely be looking into that. At least we have a sock, some don’t even have that 😬😬😂
Thank you 😊 Yes the Axiom mirrors quite nicely to an iPad. You can even control the autopilot from the IPad screen as you can from the Axiom itself….its a good bit of kit…I think you’ll enjoy using it 🤞🏼😊
Slow sailing is also very enjoyable and stress free. Thanks for showing how to eat the pasta. We had a good laugh😂
That pasta was a mystery to us! So difficult to eat! 😂😂 Anyway, thank you for your comment, glad you enjoyed the episode 😊
Great filming of the beautiful red sail! Very informative as usual.
Thank you guys 😊⛵️
Big pink is a beautiful looking sail.
Thank you 😍
Love the noodles, keep having fun😂
Thanks Jim 😊
Another great video!
Thank you Robin…glad you enjoyed it 😊⛵️

Great video, glad to see the IPad can ‘mirror’ the Axiom. I’m just finishing installing my Raymarine kit and wasn’t sure it would be able to… 👍⛵️
