Loved PC Hassain's reaction when the van, finally, hit the third stinger strip!!
What kind of Mother endangers her children like this? I don’t know how old this video is but I hope she has a record for this. Next thing you know she’ll have them both back there playing unrestrained. Screaming kids in a car are part of life. Restrain your children properly and put up with the screaming until they know what’s what!
I would guess 2009/10 as the van was new in 2008 and according to DVLC it hasn’t been taxed since October 2010.
"Traveller"
@@andrewharvey6400 🥧 🔑
I am guessing she is a Traveller, they generally don't care for our laws.
@@laurastuart3814 pretty much lax with their kids too
I think the driver with four children should retake the test
Yeah they shouldn’t of let him keep the license. He’s a death case on these roads and doesn’t even wanna know.
If the driver of the car with 4 passengers in the back made that many mistakes and didn't accept they were wrong with the police watching them then imagine what they are like normally.
That driver should have been made to retake their test. Terrible driving!
Let's outrun the police:
USA: I'll use a Hellcat Charger!
UK: How about a Citroen Berlingo?
SWEDEN: My bicycle has brakes... :p
AUS: How about a Jack Brabham BT62R engine has been extensively modified and has a power output of 515 kW (691 hp; 700 PS) at 7,400 rpm and 492 lb⋅ft (667 N⋅m) of torque at 6,200 rpm Hellcat and Citroen would still be sitting at the starting line. Top speed: 330km/h (dependent on gearing) Hellcat top speed 203 mph, Citroen Berlingo top speed 172km/h
@CarlaMWard- Weird way to flex your knowledge on the power outputs of those cars, but okay.
Attention seekers these days man. 😂😂😂
@@Car.V1bro discovered Wikipedia 😂
USA: Shot dead for running from the police
UK: £100 fine
My preference is ...........................
That mother is ridiculous smh!! 60 pound fine & 3 points WOW even more ridiculous!!!
She doesn't seem to value her children at all. Very sad.
3 points off a licence is heavy and could get your licence suspended. But, only if the offence has been done multiple times
56:10 She was sent to prison for 2 months for driving whilst disqualified though.
that is the penalty. write to your mp or better still the minister of transport. but you won;t will you?
i think its ignorance of the consequences.. hard to understand though. @@Zephaeria
just 60 pounds for severely endangering multiple children, really?
Its' more expensive in NZ OUR laws are very strict especially with young children
3 points off is heavy, but only would come in play and get her license suspended if committed the crime again.
She should be charged with something more serious put through the courts and jail time especially first time offenders.
You might find that woman with the kids is a Irish traveller she's so ready with excuses, life of a traveller!!!!
She needs to be in jail.
Excellent video. I taught AARP Smart Driver Safety course and saw many issues addressed by police. Often wonder how one cannot resist shouting for a non-listening person to stop talking!😊
The van driver missed a great opportunity of saying "I ain't done nuffing!" as he was dragged through the window.
The women with kids that hit the lorry…. Goes to show why you shouldn’t stay in the blind spot of a lorry, especially a foreign one! Stay behind then pass quickly. And look ahead of the cars in front in the lanes next to you to guess if they might pull out. Common sense
I once saw a truck with a sign that said “if you can’t see me I can’t see you”. I’ve never forgotten it and consider it every time I’m behind a truck.
Who said she was staying in the middle lane ? She was overtaking. The truck driver admitted fault.
She was minding her own business driving in her own lane and the driver pulling into her lane and hit her. She didn't hit the lorry. If you had watched the actual episode, you would have seen and heard the driver admitting it was his fault and that his lorry hit her because he didn't see her.
They will never accept they are in the wrong- they don't care about anyone's life...even their own family.
The guys handling the Stinger need to be retrained!
Need longer stringers to cover 2 lanes fully.

@@Pen-sq7bj
Oh, you must be one of them!🤣
@@SJC49it wasn’t just the length though. It was how slowly they removed it after stinging the van which meant the cops had to stop.
Thank Goodness for our Police 😊.
fuck.... it's always so sad when someone dies, especially when they're so young...
10:40 cant park there sir
Good video. So sad about the last accident.
*Collision. Accident implies that no one is to blame. Theres always someone at fault when it comes to RTC's.
@@MrDjvariety1 : Nitpicking! It can be both an accident and a collision.
Stingers always allow cops to maximally mess things up. In this case them forgetting to REMOVE their very sturdy and convincing stinger again from that some road surface their colleagues need to follow the car in front of them over after having successfully applied it and it successfully having interacted with the perpetrators' tyres, definitely was a great unexpected wtf moment!
I once came out of a grocery store behind a woman carrying a baby in one arm and a bag of groceries in the other. She put the baby aside on the seat and strapped the bag of groceries in the baby seat! And drove off!
High time police start forensically checking licences - it's not sufficient that a driver may have a valid looking licence in their possession. The driver with four passengers in the back seat obviously managed to get his licence by some other means than the usual method as he obviously has no understanding of or capability for motorway driving. Where did he take his driving test, who signed off on his test, it would not be the first time that some corrupt official at the licensing office has given a licence for money.
Yeah.. because Police have hundreds of trhousands of officers or civilians available to dothis and millions of pounds to impound vehicles whilst its done. Be real. Idea world.. maybe.. in practice.. non starter.
Just wanted to say thank you for so many great shows on your channel! I really love these! 😍
its just a shame about the duplicate episodes that keep getting uploaded :S
22:38 the soundclip from that DJ Pantha - TGF SKENG song hahahaha
60 Pounds? I know that this is an old episode, but here in Australia, that would be 3 x $475 fine for not wearing a seat belt in a secured, approved child seat, and 3 x 4 points = 12 points on her license. Thats an immediate license suspension. Nobody is allowed to travel in the back of a van here, let alone a young child. Now there will be a marker on the vehicle and against her license for the future. ANPR will get her every time.
Yes the points and fine system in the UK is very weak. About the only offence that sees totting up appears to be vehicle defects (i.e. 3 points per defect).
@@tangomoggynoengi8518,points tot up with repeat speeding offences, regardless of severity eg. Three miles over the limit on an empty road in the middle of the night will get the same points as twenty over the limit in busy traffic. Automatic cameras don’t distinguish.
@@juliebrooke6099 Yes but you are not likely to be getting more than one speeding offence at any one time. However, for every defect that your vehicle has, you will receive x number of points. I know that for each tyre below minimum tread, you receive 3 points. So if you have 4 bald tyres, you would receive 12 points in the one hit...!
It’s a member of our travelling community. They have different rules!
Agreed, and at approx 56.09 in the final commentary roundup they said she’d a two month stay in prison, so hopefully a lesson learned.
Ah yes, stolen van that’s now completely trashed anyway! 😂 9:07
New to your channel great video watching from australia great fan of these shows I am glad no one was killed kym
So sad but very informative ..never watch anything like this on the British roads I have to watch all the way through .
The Rover 600 series, was superceded by the Rover 75. Both of which are too modern to be considered vintage cars. Even the venerable Rover SD1 is still only considered a classic. We would probably have to go as far back as the Rover P4, for it to be considered vintage nowadays, although the P5 and the P5B may also be in line for consideration of vintage status...!!! 😉👍
The guy in the green rover is literally on borrowed time
Here in the U.S., we call the Stinger " Spike Strips." Too bad there was so much Traffic, they could have done a "Pit Maneuver."
That has got to suck something fierce to have to be the cop to tell somebody that their family member is dead like I don’t know if I should say it’s impressive that they do it or it’s incredibly sad that they have to do it but all I can say is kudos to them for trying to at least display some form of dignity
death messages.. the worst part of the job. I have been slapped across the face.. rushed at and pushed violently.. those that scream its untrue and I am a bitch for giving them false news, people who cover their ears and won't let us in in the first place.. plus once, a lady whose long term same sex partner died in hospital. They were a long term couple of over 36 years. No different to a long marriage of course. That was my first solo death message decades ago. I had to keep walking past the house to compose myself. I never smile inappropriately but my nerves made me keep smiling. no way I could knock on the door like that. I went and hid in an alley for 10 mins to pull myself together. then went to the door. On opening it the lady said. oh.. Mary is dead isn't she?.. I still had to establish i had the right people but swiftly and I said yes, I am very sorry to say she is and she said she was glad and relieved because her loved one's suffering was over. That was pure love of course. You can never ever predict how anyone will react - to anything actually. So, despite being very empathetic and sympathetic and diplomatic and kind with people it can go pear shaped.. very quickly.. people are all different. . We were trained that all sorts of reactions are possible.. that was so true.
❤. To our POLICE 😊
People are so stupid thinking they are geting away with their crimes
And the safe drivers? You put in danger? Pay your insurance and stop blaming others 😊😊😊😊😊❤
Great job Police
22:35 Thats DJ Pantha hahaha, he used this clip in his song "Badmanz of bassline"
Absolute 💯 discussing and disgraceful, what a monster 👻 for a mother 👨🍼
Amazing and very sad!
What many drivers don't understand and what many police officers fail to explain, is that it isn't the motor vehicle that is insured; but each and every driver for each and every vehicle that they drive. This is what insurance covers...! It is not the fault of the machinery that causes the incident, but the ineptness of the individual human in control of said machinery that causes any issues...!!!
It varies between policies.
At one time policies often covered drivers on other vehicles third party only with the owners permission but that’s rare now.
Most people are only insured in their own vehicle these days.
It’s a driver’s responsibility to read their insurance paperwork and to understand it. If they are unsure they should ask their insurance company.
It’s not the police officers job to explain insurance to people.
As I was told when I was a teenager ‘ignorance of the law is no excuse. If in doubt ask’.
Police do know it of course and at the point of the accident how is it the Police who have to point out the obvious about vehicle insurance? All drivers should know this or have no business being on the road driving. What is your point about that remark? Who said the machinery was 'at fault'? I missed that bit. Everyone knows about driver error. AND.. hazards.. other vehicles and condition... both of the roadway and the weather .. even sunshine blinding someone momentarily. That individual doesn't understand it.. there you go.. welcome to the varieties of life out there.
why is the role of the police to explain vehicle insurance to eejits?
The gentleman with 6 in his car clearly didn't understand English very well. It was foolish for the police officers to believe the driver had understood their advice about building up speed before entering the motorway. That said, the driver needs to be required to take another road test.
That what I was thinking. He seemingly has the phonetics down well enough they think he understands more than he does.
Are you joking? Whether he speaks English or not, surely common sense and driving experience should make him aware that you don’t just join a motorway without waiting for a suitable gap or by building up to appropriate speed
Exactly why I say he needs to retake his driver's test. He's clearly lacking the basic skills of driving@@wlove3838
14:20. Traveller.
Absolutely
Lad with provisional licence "You can't take my car".
Lol. Bless. He believes he has any say in it.
"My car is insured and legal to be on the road"
Silly lad doesn't know that if he is driving on a provisional licence without a licenced driver supervising, his insurance is void. In effect, he's driving without insurance.
Overcorrecting is, in my view as a driver with more than a half million miles under my tires, a major cause of motor vehicle incidents. Overcorrecting is a direct result of poor driver training
Hopefully he learned something from this.
Undercorrecting is also common, they just correct way too late and end up hitting a barrier.
The real problem is that when people pass their driving test, they conform to the bare minimum capabilities to be allowed to drive unsupervised. They should improve their driving skills through experience from then on, but instead many peoples capabilities only decline.
Jay too excited
Oh it's only a baby we can have another one
Cars being driven without any of the occupants having a full licence will invalidate the insurance. It is, to all intents and purposes, uninsured.
Guy with the provisional was funny lol 😂😂
I bet if that family with too many kids in the back had been reported to social services and they then intervened, with that level of narcissism from the dad there’d have been a similar incident to what happened in Leeds the other night.
How stupid! Anyone who is used stop sticks/stingers knows that you begin with them on the far side of the street. As the perpetrator comes towards you, you pull them in front of the perpetrators car. Where are these cops speed trained?
R.I.p
R.I.P 🙏🏼
I knew what the mum of 4s accent would be before she even opened her mouth.
Bless you !
This is not right . This man is a murderer.. properly no license, no insurance, no driving licence.
9:10 "It's a good result, considering it was stolen about half an hour ago..."
RING RING. RING RING.
Van owner: "Hello?"
Police: "We've recovered your stolen van!"
Van owner: "Great! Let me know where it is and I'll come to get it!"
Police: "Um...yeah...about that..."
Kind of alarming no offense, but how many people from different countries in the UK don’t seem to understand the concept of child, safety and vehicles but then again, I mean one simple example in my life is being in Mexico and seeing how they drive there it’s pretty hard to comprehend or Bangladesh or wherever. It’s just it honestly seems that it’s only first world countries that seem to have any regard for having things tied down safely or people strapped in safely
Foreign drivers who live in the U.K. who do not or cannot understand our laws, should not be allowed to drive ! Also drivers who don’t know their left from their right should never be allowed to drive !
Standard traveller behaviour 🙄🤦♀️
Kids should be removed from her for their own safety
My children never went anywhere unless they were buckled in their carseats. When they were older i wouldn't even start the car until their seatbelts were on. I was absolutely paranoid about this. It makes my blood boil when i see kids unrestrained in a vehicle. I worked in an ER for about 9 yrs so I've seen what can happen. BUCKLE YOUR CHILDREN IN THEIR SEATS. IF THEY DON'T LIKE IT, TOUGH. YOU ARE THE PARENT.
that hussein chap should get a job where he can control himself
6:33 - Lol...
6:18 I find it amazing that a person without a brain even has the ability to drive a van. I have no idea what he’s trying to accomplish, the chase is over yet they seem determined to cause as much damage and harm as possible. Brilliant!
Stupidy in crimes like this should add to the sentence… in which case he’d receive a full life sentence! The current sentences are obviously not a deterrent.
Did I miss the driver of the jack-knifed lorry story?
Subbed
If you can't get them for one thing then you must be able to nick them for something else.
Honestly, I have to tell this to these English COPS: There are many people in the UK who don't understand fully what you say when YOU SPEAK FAST!!! Why aren't you SLOWING DOWN WHEN YOU SPEAK to FOREIGNERS!!! And then, you laugh when they don't do what you instructed them to do!!! Surely, this would mean that people are SAFER when they fully UNDERSTAND what you TELL THEM. (34 minutes)
I think I could stop a small clapped out Citroen van. Pretty embarrassing.
As for that awful mother, wow
The police 🤦🏻♀️
Totally agree with these officers who are always trying to teach/remind stupid arrogant inept drivers who ignore basic simple preventative measures - should get more than meagre fines = PREVENTION IS BETTER THAN THE CAUSE.
4:40 pc hassans reaction
The cops at the start were terrible. They genuinely caused more danger to the public than they stopped
You have to sometimes wonder what goes through peoples heads. Entirely un-secured babies and children being driven down motorways..... what`s that all about ? Don`t the `adults` see it ? Don`t they care ?
I love all these videos but is spaghetti junction the actual name
No🙂
60 p. Fine With babies in the back of a comercial vehicle? And I thought UK was first world....
Didn't occur to the police to position one of their vehicles at the 'one way in, one way out' carpark?
Almost as bad as the American cops who left a loosely-cuffed prisoner in a police cruiser that had the keys in the ignition, the engine running and a loaded firearm on board.
"The stinger's too short to reach across the road".
Yup. Modern UK where nothing works properly. It's completely laughable.
4:43 how the fuck did they seurvive
Why would you not secure your child in ca
PC Singh can't have grown up in India if he hadn't seen anything like the these kids with no safety seats
He is obviously a Brit
Seriously how fast do you have to be going to end up on the opposite side of the road 30 feet up the embankment I mean come on that’s a little bit reckless
He wasn’t on the other side. He went off left of the carriageway he was driving on. UK left hand drive.
Has is past his test
How old is this?99% of the vehicles in this show are no longer on the road.
This episode first aired in 2009.
I think Jay needs to take a chill pill ,,, far too excited behind that wheel,, and as for smashing the windows there was no need to do that you can't get access behind the metal guards, that's somebodys van you damaged unnecessary,,
Guarantee the traveller Mum didn’t have a license or insurance either! You don’t see them ask the questions do you?! I think the old copper just couldn’t be bothered doing what he should’ve done and taken the her and the vehicle off the road and down to the impound!
The first story police are hysterical. All shouting at each other. There meant to be the calm ones.
5 police to handcuff one man? Lol lol
Hes got a pulse theres nothing wrong with him???
He was acting, yes.
The cops were communicating with that foreigner as if he spoke English properly. No wonder he just pulled straight out he'd not understood a word.
PC hussain is a bad risk, too emotional and impulsive .
It took 30 cops and several vehicles to stop a small van. Job well done lads. Probably cost about £25k as well.
That first chase should and could of been stopped much sooner. Like so many of these chases, the old bill always seem to leave enough room for them to escape.
He did say they legally have to leave room and can’t do a solid block without lots of authority 6:00
That jay Hussain needs to chill out
No way! He’s top notch!
A bit excitable but he's OK.
You can't grab a person off the street with a license cause he's not insured 😅
Carseat
Keystone Cops.😂😂😂😂😂😂
Soft lad using emojis like a five year old?
Wonky. Sorry guys.
The cops with the stingers in the first one are absolutely useless. The first one didn’t realise it wouldn’t reach across the road and the second one took absolutely ages to remove the stinger so that it didn’t sting the cops too.
They recovered a stolen van... they utterly trashed it and made sure every window was smashed... but they recovered it ready for the insurance company to write it off
Get away from American police go 160+ mph in the uk anyone with a scooter or better
yk cashiltyu means death
Aren’t police supposed to show restraint, professionalism & patience? That one cop at the start PC Jay Hussain is extremely aggressive & OTT in regards to his reactions, screaming at his colleague PC Smith who is just trying to assist & the other cop to move the stinger. I dread to think what he would be like with an irate PIC.
It depends on Divesion if is a high-risk puirsuit they wouldn't be paitent
and they will attempt to end it.
American criminals would have a field day in England with the police having no power to make decisions
