Please could you tell me what the background sound is.?....Although I didn't fully understand the words or references sometimes.....I finally fell into a kind of emptiness after many months of frustrating meditation. The sound seemed to facilitate this. I was wondering if it is a special frequency. ? Thankyou , as always for your wonderful work. ❤
