Oh blessed sister ... homage to your guru Longchen Rabjam. You and I are in sync once again! Over the last few days I have been immersing myself in a few of my favorite guided meditations of Rupert Spira. In one of these he says "Take your seat on the 'Throne of Awareness' " and speaks to how the recognition of Awareness naturally reveals Itself as all~pervasive, all~embracing, unconditionally loving and one with all things. As I heard him say "Take your stand as That" ... I thought to myself, "That's what Longchenpa calls *The Decisive Experience*" ... And today I opened youtube and noticed that you re-recorded this sublime teaching that I listened to months ago! Listening to this again today, I notice how much un~reality has been washed away in this sadhana ... and that I really, really have never gone anywhere! None of us have ever moved the slightest bit!! As guru Ramana says, "The Truth is so simple... "
♥️ ‘this yoga, the spacious realisation, of the single sphere of ‘being’, Is one of abiding definitively And without change, On a level from which There is no regression, Is spontaneously present, And without change, In the state of supreme bliss, And is the unobscured, Clearly evident fruition In the non conceptual state.’ ♥️
These videos remind of our true nature ...the pure mind .Vast and unbound like tbe sky and simply phenomena rolling on . Our minds fall into habits and try to latch on to any experience like velcro . Know this ,understand this and abide in the unconditioned and experience just rise ,stay and cease . Thank you Samaneri for your guidance and may the merits of my meditation be transferred to your journey .
