Dave and Tom (friend and videographer) provide back and forth commentary for this video. This is a continuing series of timelapse videos by abstract expressionist artist Dave Thiel from Buffalo NY. Dave completed over 200 works in 2023 using Liquitex Basics acrylic paint on all kinds and sizes of new and used canvas. Do you put the paint directly from the tube to your brush?
I haven't noticed a palette.

Yes, I mostly work directly from tubes. I use paper plates when mixing a specific color.
