When he said that he takes those pills to help him with his anxiety, I was like, "noooooooo...". Promoting sugar based vitamins for help with anxiety ain't sis.
Well sugar is the best thing to combat a anxiety attack. Your sugar drops to dangerous levels after you have one. There's currently a lot of studies on glucose based or sugar based vitamins when you're in the middle of one. I read one where it states that it can help level out your sugar levels, making it easier for your hormones and the rest of your body to follow suit.
They're not a vitamin at all. The active ingredient in them is melatonin, a hormone. Their formula isn't FDA approved. There have been no studies done on the long-term effects of taking melatonin orally. It is available over the counter in the USA, but not in Europe. I'm only saying this to be informative. If you (general you) want to take melatonin, that's your decision :)
Some vitamins are made based on anxiety and to calm people but even if they are not maybe it works for him for anxiety what works for one person might not work for another he says personally it helps him with it and calms him. But there are vitamins made for this

Manny did the exact thing to Tati(she goes over that in the video you referenced, where she states how Jeffree had her back by not taking the Sugar-hair deal once he heard Tati had a competing launch soon). If you watch MannyMUA's IG ad, it's really messed up. He was practically giddy & manic in it, while knowing he was screwing over Tati. So, Tati already had one "friend" do the same thing to her so publicly. It was just reminding her & kinda like rubbing salt in the wound, imo.

I think tati felt betrayed for a while and built up these feelings and when james promoted another product she just couldn't hold it in anymore. Maybe there was something going on behind the cameras? Maybe she felt unwanted? Hopefully the full story comes out sooner than later.
Don’t be a kind person with any hopes or expectations to have that kindness returned and be a kind person for the sake of being kind. It will save you a lot of heartbreak and disappointment in the end. Tati is an amazing person and I really think she needs to move forward with this idea in mind. It’s easier said than done but if you succeed you’ll surely find a happier life.

So when they say something u can rephrase it and the comment on it. Obviously don’t rephrase EVERYTHING they say bc that could get too repetitive. Also don’t bring urself into the situation if they are venting to u. For example if their parents are going thru a divorce and ur friend is telling u that, don’t bring up the time ur parents went thru a divorce 5 years ago. If they are angry and need to vent they don’t want to hear what has happened to u previously in that specific moment. It might sound selfish but that conversations should be about them (depends on the topic of the convo tho)*

When she launched her vitamins and was getting backlash for it, both Laura and manny were sponsoring sugarbear and didn’t even bother sticking up for Tati. This is sooooooo much more than just vitamins, this is a betrayal especially to a company where her friends have betrayed her before in the past. James should have known better especially if he was such close friends with Tati

Idk if anyone remembers back when Tati first launched her brand but she was friends with Laura lee and manny. When she launched her vitamins and was getting backlash for it, both Laura and manny were sponsoring sugarbear and didn’t even bother sticking up for Tati. This is sooooooo much more than just vitamins, this is a betrayal especially to a company where her friends have betrayed her before in the past. James should have known better especially if he was such close friends with Tati
Did Tati really have to address it onto the internet? This is something she could of talked to James privately. You can’t always use ur fans to back you up.

I can see it from both sides, I can see why Tati took it so personally & I can see why JC didn't think he was doing something hurtful. Maybe something more is going on, idk like I don't want to speculate but when I have big meltdowns over small things there's an underlying issue. Wishing them both the best.
