Вставка
- Опубліковано 27 лис 2024
- Directed by Mel Stuart ("Willy Wonka & The Chocolate Factory"), this documentary explores the assassination of John F. Kennedy and its impact through a variety of sources -- from professional media coverage to amateur footage, as well as re-enactments of the crime. Events surrounding the assassination also are included in the documentary, such as the swearing in of Vice President Lyndon B. Johnson on Air Force One and Jack Ruby's shooting of the suspected assassin, Lee Harvey Oswald, on live television.
Music by Elmer Bernstein and Narrated by Richard Basehart - The film first released on November 21, 1964.
We hope you enjoy this trip back to a simpler time, and when the assassination of JFK was a very recent event. For education, entertainment and enlightenment. We hope you enjoy and even learn something.

To this day, we still reel over the sheer audacity of his assassination. Conspiracy theories or not, he was the President of the United States. The way he went out is still abhorred.
61 years later watching this I still cry for Jackie & his children .
Me too Joe. I guess we're human. I was six years old then. Have a Happy Thanksgiving.
@ you have a good thanksgiving also
Even the well to do/famous family’s suffer tragedies like this! These 3 brothers left this world by tragic deaths. 😢

@@joesteedman8230 They were fine doing better than most. In 2024 I would not be crying for them
I remember the day well. I was in the first grade and we heard the news on the radio. I remember all the teachers crying. We students weren’t told anything, we found out when we got home. My parents had not voted for him, but my mother still cried. I’ve often wondered how this day formed how I grew up.
I was in the 5th grade and the principal made the announcement over the PA system. School was dismissed at lunch for the day. Watched the news all that night.
I was in first grade also, pretty much the same thing in my school. I remember I was totally amazed by the funeral procession and all the people paying respect in the capital rotunda. At that time I didn’t know that many people existed.
@@maxon-m3c Was in third grade in Detroit sent us home early and walked home, back when a third grader could walk home alone in Detroit.
I was in the first grade as well. I remember the funeral procession very well.
On that day, I was in the 3rd grade. I was age 9. Our class was to give the school priciple a patrotic history presentation of the American revolutionary war. It was during lunch break that I was going to borrow a 3 cornered hat from a friend of my mother. A woman came out of her house in a state of shock and despair and was shouting to the children that the President had been shot. Our presentation after lunch was cut short when it was announced that President Kennedy was dead. Teachers were in tears. It was an overcast day in the Chicago area. I just happened to be watching TV days later and witnessed in real time, Jack Ruby shooting Lee Harvy Oswald. Not such a good thing for a kid to see.
It is interesting in this documentary about the horrific event that took place in Dallas, no one can ever say that the Late President and the First Lady was snobbish, rude or arrogant. They shook hands with many people during the trip to Texas! That tells you everything you need to know about him and his wife! Especially for someone who did not have great health! He could have been in a bad mood, but he did not let that interfere with his duties as President! This is never talked about when talking about the Late President.
Wise, kind, thoughtful words, thank you,for sharing. I,agree with all that you stated.

For many years this was the one and only full-length documentary that you would see on TV about this event. Quite nostalgic. actually.
Except it has nothing to do with what occurred. The Conspiracy and cover up of JFK's Assassination has ruined every major Govt. Agency and the Media. This is what we have left. read it and weep for America and the world.
@@midnightteapot5633 It was great and I watched it many times younger. A great job was done on this, but another one I found in later years was one by National Geographic and even better with never seen footage that really covers the trip to Texas. I loved that one even more.
What sets this particular production apart is a unique look behind the scenes of the government apparatus at work in preparation for the transition.
This was the film version of the Warren commission. 1964 the public just accepted the official U.S. army narration of events. We got hoodwinked.
Yes we did! The truth will all come out next year. It will be heartbreaking, infuriating, and down right evil what our corrupt government did to a President of the United States.
@larrywheels762 You have not yet in 61 years explained to us the "un-official" version. You've still got no name(s), no weapon, no bullets nor fragments, no bill of sale, no back (or front) yard photos etc. No evidence. Nothing after 61 years. That's exactly what you get for being unofficial; which is exactly why official is entirely correct.
NEW MOVIE THE TRAILER
Those were the days my friend .I was born in early 61 and grew up in an era totally foreign to this abyss of disorder we live in today
I was also born in 1961 and grew up in Dallas. I was amazed how this year was Friday, November 22 and hardly anyone took notice of the anniversary of this event.
The fish rots from the head down and by '61 the rotting process had already started.
What are you talking about? “Disorder” was rampant in the ‘60s. JFK, Malcolm, MLK, RFK, Hampton, and state supported protests in the South and anti-war protests throughout the country. It was an era with so much disorder, the mayor of Chicago noted during the 1968 Democratic national convention, “Police are not here to create disorder. Police are here to preserve disorder.”
@Rick-zw7zv that right Rick u are absolutely right.
@Rick-zw7zv many believe the so called "greatest generation",gave birth to the generation of free love ,the drug culture, hippies women's lib, ect. From order to disorder and it's not gonna get better by the loos of things
Richard Basehardt does a very good job of expressing what occurred during this horrific, sad period of time in American history.

My mother watched the news on TV when she was expecting me-a high five to the cameraperson for catching all this history. I just read that the cowboy hat and Mrs. Kennedy’s hat disappeared, and I found nothing regarding the boots.
My mom was 7 months pregnant with me when this happened. A month earlier, my dad's father had died suddenly of a stroke, and when my dad called to tell her the news, the first thing he said was "Alice, are you sitting down?" On this day it was my dad's sister (my aunt) who called Mom and immediately said "Are you sitting down?" Mom thought it was bad news about my dad's mother (who was in ill health) but my aunt told her to turn on the TV because President Kennedy had been shot.
Publishing the presidential motorcade was the biggest mistake ever.
It was a goodwill tour, Kennedy wanted to be seen by the people, that was the whole point of the trip.
Thank You for giving us this momento !!
61 years and still the narrative persists. This is a very well-produced piece of historic footage interpersed with truth, lies and myths, somewhat similar to TV news today. Never forget the Zapruder film was supressed for years and was missing frames from it when it was finally returned to the family.
"Never forget" the Zapruder film was not shown for years out of respect for the Kennedy family, until 1975 when a bootleg copy was shown on TV. There are no "missing frames" in the in-camera original film; that's a persistent myth. The solid chain of custody and time constraints rule out any tampering.

@@aaronz7056 that's because they decided and didn't care to look at anyone else. The fix was already in. Wake up.
@@aa697 What "fix?"
Who else, exactly, are we supposed to be looking at?
Oswald owned and smuggled the rifle.
He lied to police about his whereabouts during the shooting.
He left his latent print on the rifle.
Every bullet and fragment ever found were matched to his rifle.
He was a perfectly plausible match to the shooter seen in the window.
No unidentified persons were ever seen inside the building.
Witnesses directly under the window firmly said the shots all came from directly overhead.
Those witnesses had a clear view behind the knoll fence and would plainly have seen any gunman there.
Victims' reactions in Zapruder's film clearly demonstrate they're hit by the same bullet, and ergo, from behind.
Kennedy is clearly seen to suffer an exit wound at the temple consistent only with a shot from behind.
Zapruder's secretary was only yards away from the knoll fence and heard and saw nobody there.
Oswald was the only employee inside the building during the shooting to immediately flee the plaza and never return.
He took evasive action by cab to get to his rooming house.
He ignored his cab driver when he asked about the commotion in the streets.
He ignored his landlady when she spoke to him.
He was ID'd by nearly a dozen witnesses as shooting Officer Tippit and fleeing.
He owned and was in possession of the gun the shells were matched to.
He discarded his jacket, complete with fibres consistent with his shirt, between the crime scene and the theater.
He was plainly seen trying to hide from passing police in the storefront.
He was plainly seen ducking into the theater to dodge more passing police.
He was caught red-handed trying to shoot a second cop.
He fought police so violently 3 officers were injured just disarming him.
These are actions consistent with an attempt at suicide-by-cop.
He observed, "Well, they say it only takes a minute to die" after asking about the penalty for cop-killing.
He refused to cooperate with any investigator.
He turned down help from H. Louis Nichols, President of the Dallas Bar Association.
He was only interested in a lawyer living in another state who specialized in left-wing causes.
He acted so smug he even convinced his own brother he was guilty.
He never attempted to blow any conspiracy framing or sacrificing him to any cop, any member of his family, to Nichols, or to a live TV audience of millions.
He just shrugged a hollow, rambling, unsurprised, evasive reply when asked on live TV, "Did you shoot the President?"

This is one of my favorite documentaries on jfk.
The only thing I didn't like about this is that whomever produced this particular version of this documentary added music to the original soundtrack in certain spots, altering and ruining the beauty of the original soundtrack. They also took great liberties at removing the original "Taps" at the end of the film. The horn player made a mistake as he played, which should never have been changed.
Also, the scratchy recording of LBJ taking the oath of office has been cut from this version.
@@Gort58 Thanks for pointing this out. Its such a shame that people take it upon themselves to ruin a film by taking it upon themselves to edit a piece of history such as this.

Oswald, alone, shot and killed President Kennedy.
@CharlesBallard-f3t that was just a mistep of the fingers, I believe. No harm done to anyone.
In that case I look forward to you now explaining how "LBJ and others" framing your innocent Oswald could possibly have known:
- he would show up unexpectedly at the Paine house Nov. 21, otherwise they can't pretend he smuggled the rifle Nov. 22
- he wouldn't simply stand out on the sidewalk during the parade
- nobody would ever find any bullets or fragments that don't match to his rifle
- no unidentified persons would ever be seen in the building by anybody
- he would immediately leave the crime scene
- he was guaranteed to go specifically to Oak Cliff
- he owned a revolver at all
- he would decide at the last minute to put a jacket on at all
- an imposter who looks so much like him he is guaranteed to fool the nearly dozen witnesses who ID Oswald needs to be hanging around 10th and Patton
- a cop will be driving through there at exactly the right moment to plausibly place Oswald at the crime scene
- the imposter can be certain Oswald is still at liberty, has no alibi, and is in the neighbourhood
- the cop won't simply outdraw and capture the imposter, blowing the whole plot
- no other cop will capture the imposter, blowing the whole plot
- a shoe store clerk will happen to have his radio on, hear the APB on the assassination suspect, and notice Oswald trying to hide from passing cops in his doorway
- Oswald will get caught red-handed trying to shoot a second cop
- he will fight police so violently 3 officers will be injured just disarming him
- he will observe, "Well, they say it only takes a minute to die" after asking about the penalty for cop-killing
- he will lie to police about his whereabouts during the assassination
- he will refuse to cooperate with any investigator
- he will turn down help from the President of the Dallas Bar Association
- he will only be interested in a lawyer he'd never met living in another state who specialized in left-wing causes
- he will insist on acting so smug he will even convince his own brother he is guilty
- he will make no attempt to blow any conspiracy framing him to anybody
- he will just shrug a hollow, rambling reply when asked on live TV, "Did you shoot the President?"
- the Dallas PD will be on board for the successful escape from justice of the "real killers" of a decorated brother officer with a wife and 3 children
- they are guaranteed to safely approach scores of witnesses, police, FBI, Secret Service, military personnel, doctors, pathologists, ballistics experts, Oswald family members, whole commissions, the D.A., the Chief Justice, etc., and persuade them all to obey illegal orders to commit crimes, assist a bloody coup, and bend over backwards making themselves all eternally loyal accessories to murder and treason...
Thanks in advance for clearing all this up.
I am 67. I was in the 1st grade and must have been home sick that day. (Actually didnt want to go to school but stay home with Mommy instead) I do remember the interruption of 'As the World Turns' and Walter Cronkite announcing the President's death. More than anything, I remember the lying in state and the funeral. The chilling flag draped coffin, the black horse with the backward boots, the shock and sadnesses. As time continues, I realized most people younger than me have no direct experience or recollection of this event. Now it us the stuff of film, history and books.
I am nearing 66 and I too remember the4 funeral procession. Everyone was upset around me and I felt scared. I asked Mom for my chocolate milk in a bottle. While sucking on the bottle, the Milkman arrived and I quickly held the bottle behind my back in shame. But, alas, I can't remember what I ate yesterday.
I was 11years old. I remember that day where I was how I heard the news how I felt. It was a very long hard weekend. Then decades later finding out the truth of this heinous act. We will finally hear the whole truth next year. It will be hard to believe how evil our government was that day and even far worse now. But GOD
Oswald didn't shoot anyone that day
Of course not, he merely owned and smuggled the rifle, left his latent print on it, lied to police about his whereabouts, fled the crime scene, shot a cop, was caught trying to shoot a second cop, refused to cooperate, even convinced his own brother he was guilty, never attempted to blow any conspiracy framing him, and just shrugged a hollow, rambling reply when asked on live TV, "Did you shoot the President?"

A very good documentary as per the Warren Commission report. We have learned a lot since then. Oswald was a patsy, he even said so while being hustled through the halls of the Dallas Police HQ. He probably fired only two shots but left 3 spent cartridges on the floor. Another shooter was at the grassy knoll who took the "kill shot". Jack Ruby's job was to kill Oswald. Ruby was already slowly dying of cancer and, while in prison only gave one interview... to Dorothy Kilgallen. She died shortly after the interview in November 1965 of very suspicsuious circumstances. Who could have organized such an elaborate conspiracy? TheMafia or the CIA or both. Take your pick.
A single individual decided to eliminate JFK - after 61 years they still insist it was a job done by a single killer?
No way - it was conspiracy! Inside job - no doubt about it!
THANK YOU LIONHEART FOR THIS DOCUMENTARY. IT'S ONE OF THE BEST I'VE EVER SEEN. HOWEVER THERE IS ONE MISTAKE YOU MADE. THE ASSASINATION HAPPENED IN THE YEAR 1963 NOT 1964. We were so naive. Now that we know who did this, and why, it is difficult to watch.
Agree. It reminds me of our innocence in those days, believing the media news, thinking leaders had the interests of the people, respect for others, behavior in public was polite, language was restrained, people cared about faith and family. My eyes are opened now, and it’s a harsher world controlled by evil people.
Time. I would imagine many of the young men firing the cannons in the opening scene are 80+ or gone on.
What we know is that all credible evidence still points right at Oswald.
@aaronz7056 I've often said that. I wasn't born, but of course I've heard this all my life. NO HUMAN BEING COULD KEEP A SECRET FOR THIS LONG. The overwhelming majority of any participants and conspirators would be dead by now. Hell, even Deep Throat confessed near the end! 😆
@@kimjohnson8471 Well, Deep Throat merely came forward and revealed his true identity, he wasn't being a criminal. However, yes, according to the collective claims of conspiracy theorists, about 200 people were safely approached and persuaded to trust each other implicitly and bend over backwards making themselves all eternally loyal accessories to murder and treason...
At the JFK museum down on the cape, there's a bronze statue of JFK Jr. in that salute pose. For anyone who hasn't seen it, it was up on the second floor when we were there this past June.
I seen this documentary the first time . I never thought I’d see it again. This one really hit me hard to see it .
If it was a conspiracy and Oswald wasn't a lone gun Man? There's no way Linden Johnson wasn't involved! No way!
No worries. It wasn't a conspiracy. No crime in history ever had so much evidence all pointing at one man. And if had been a conspiracy there would have had to been scores of people involved. The idea that not one would talk or leave a note in a safe deposit box addressed to the New York Times to be delivered on his death is too silly for serious discussion. Read Vincent Bugliosi's book "Reclaiming History." He obliterates the conspiracy nonsense.
You're dead wrong if you really believe that.
Then why didn’t he run for a second term.
I agree 100 percent. Linden Johnson was neither liked nor trusted by John Kennedy. Johnson had a favorite aunt, Jessie, an ardent Zionist who was a great influence on him when he was young. Shortly after taking office in the aftermath of John F. Kennedy's assassination in 1963, Johnson told an Israeli diplomat, "You have lost a very great friend, but you have found a better one."
His buddy owned the building where Oswald worked. And, it's the same man who headed up the Civil Air Patrol, where a very young Oswald, was a member.
They often ask, do you remember where you were when....... I was just 6 at the time. In grade 1 at a country school here in Canada not far from Detroit. I remember the principal coming into the classroom to tell us of the news. It was a 2 mile walk home along a usually busy road. There was hardly any traffic. Once home, dad was unusually in from the field watching the news on the RCA black and white. Truly a very dark day for a nation, for the world. What's happening in the world today absolutely terrifies me. So much violence. You would never see a 6 yr old walking alone on any street.
I was 9 years old the day after the assassination. I remember it clearly. He was our President and it was a horrible death.
I was only 14 years old then and english but we felt deeply for JFK such a terrible thing that a stupid idiot did such a terrible thing how could that happen God bless America !
Idiot(s). Plural.
With the benefit of time the official story is about as believable as the Juicy Smollet yarn.
I remember this day so well..
Such a TERRIBLE DAY!
Clear as day on the Zapruder film ...IMO. The last shot came from right front side...Never convince me that limmo driver grier was not in on the plot. Why did he not speed away after the 1st missed shot or even after the throat shot then comes to at least an slmtost stop for the last awful fatal shot..just look at limmo driver grier on the whole video from the turn on elm st to the last awful shot. Why he didn't speed away has big time suspicious actions IMO.....
The original limo driver, Tom Shipman, died from a heart attack while at Camp David, two weeks prior to the Texas trip.
What a co-ink-kee-dink. Greer had actually driven for Roosevelt before.
Here's what is clear as day in the Zapruder film: Kennedy suffers a massive exit wound exploding at the right temple and nothing happening at the back of the head, both consistent only with a shot from behind.
Philips is hilarious: yes, even Kennedy's original limo driver was murdered to aid the conspiracy and the coup... LOL
Yeah, seriously, like... every time I see this film, I'm left wondering... why the hell is the limo slowing down almost to a stop... but shoots off like a rocket almost the very second the deed is done and it's too late? There may be an innocent explanation for it, but my God it looks suspicious, every time.
I was 13 when this happened. We lived just outside D.C. in the Maryland suburbs. My parents talked about going to the capital to pass by the president’s casket but decided against it. I wish we had. I remember how all three networks went exclusively to round the clock coverage for those four days.
42:47 So here you can see what a clear view this supposed sniper's nest has of Houston Street, where you'd be watching President Kennedy coming slowly *directly toward you.* Seems to me THIS is when a lone assassin would take his shot, or at least START shooting, if he really were alone and wanted his best chance to succeed. Why, then, wait for the motorcade to round onto Elm Street and begin moving AWAY from you, vanishing behind trees and signs, UNLESS the plan was to wait until the President was in the midst of a pre-arranged crossfire in which you are not the primary shooter but rather the backup? And why did the shot(s) that hit Kennedy and Connolly not explode but pass fairly cleanly through their bodies, while the final bullet-supposedly the same ammo from the same rifle-literally *_explodes_* on contact? It's very clear to me the shot that killed the President came from the right front and was a frangible bullet. Dum-dum; hollow point; call it what you like. It's hard for me to believe people can convince themselves there was only one guy, the shots all came from the rear, and all the ammunition was of the same type and came from the same weapon.
This plays like an old school “Newsreel” that you would see in movie theaters…oddly fascinating
Incredibly sad knowing what's about to happen really makes this especially sad for Jackie as you can see the joy in her face these last few magical moments before tragedy struck change in hers and all of our destinies with the impending coup that immediately followed the tragic incident
I remember the day of his assassinate well after hearing it announced by the BBC here in England I was 16 years of age only 11 days earlier on Armistice Day. It truly came as a shock to us all here in the UK at the time. Lest we forget.
Nice old footage... too bad they put all the fake Blame on Oswald though he didn't act alone... the Jim files interview is one to watch
James Files was in Chicago during the assassination and when confronted with evidence he tried to pretend he was being confused with his own nonexistent twin brother. NBC cancelled their planned TV show on this lying clown after taking a closer look at him.
November 22 1963 was the day the Nazis took over.
I’ll never forget that day … I was 12 years old. In the 7th grade. We were sent home earlier than usual and it was all over the tv news. All other programming was cancelled the entire weekend! My family had 9 children and our first tv set ever. I was glued to the screen! I saw Ruby kill Oswald on Sunday. The first murder ever on live tv I was told! Anyway the sadness was contagious among so many. 😢
😢😢😢 I remember
I asked my mom about JFK death and she started to cry many years later. Everyone I asked still are heart broken. Ask not what your nation can do for you, but you can do for your nation.
GREAT DOCUMENTARY!
What a contrast! Then: a 1st lady who speaks Spanish. Now: a 1st lady-elect who barely speaks English.
Wow really? She speaks excellent English. She has an accent. She also speaks other languages. Seriously
He was a President, and now we have a 'clown' elected by the American people back in the White House. These are dismal times for the country that I grew up in.
He will be the best President of your lifetime. You will soon come to know that.
@@kayjohnson7351 how? what will he do? what will be better?
@@kayjohnson7351 He had 4 years and the senate, congress in his hands and all he did was serve the rich and pushed up the debt 6 trillion, insulted your allies, released Iran from the no nuc deal so now they are building bombs and lied to you, I could go on but no room.
Elected is a relative term.
That the Feds had tried to talk with Lee Harvey Oswald before the assassination but gave up after not finding him at home... that's gotta sting.
Awesome atty general his brother
LBJ was "thrust into power". Sadly LBJ thrusted himself into that power! RIP JFK ❤
We look forward to you now presenting your ironclad evidence, of course.
@ Sure. No problem. When you see the ironclad evidence for yourself then what?
@@LisaMarie-ln1vp No, seriously, we look forward to you now presenting your ironclad evidence, of course.
the JFK assassination is one of the greatest mysteries of the 20th century
Too bad the media didn't report the truth back then either
No mention of canceled Chicago
That's because it's BS
The official story is indeed correct.
@@randyharris3175No,is Not.
We didn't learn the Chicago story until much later.
@@TruthPortalsYes,from what I researched,President Kennedy did not want the people to know about his life being in danger and that also applies to the attempt in Miami.
I wish they included the dispute between the Dallas Corner and Secret Service
JFK assassination, one of the most earth-shaking events in world history. The day when the whole world suddenly stood stilll in shock, horror, dismay and silence.
This still makes me so sick, it should never have happened. I still ask why after all these years. Such a loss. This changed our future.
48:19 That looks like the hat they gave JFK at the breakfast in Fort Worth that morning.
Always wondered why the building wasn't searched and cleared right before the motorcade...
I think the narrator is Richard basehart. I am a big fan of voyage to the bottom of the sea
Best president ever he helped evade world war 3 with Kruschev helped the space race to the moon
Thought it was 1963.
It was, this is a documentary that came out a year later in 1964
It was
Awesome president 👏
Look up, what did LBJ say to his mistress the night before the JFK assassination. ❤
What did he say?!??
The Kennedys will never humiliate me again. e@@ashleybellewchambers9565
Nothing that didn't happen. Johnson would have been the dumbest person on the face of the earth goodness you don't nelieve that croc do you?
@ well after reading what the mistress claimed it wouldn’t surprise me.
It is possible, Aside from being a Very BAD President It's possible Johnson might've said that,
1960,s America Was So Different Than America Today, Just Look at the Terrible Job The Secret Service Did Guarding Kennedy, From What we,ve learned Nowadays.
The Attempted Assassination On President Trump Is a Very Good Example of This.
I Definitely Agree With President Trump, The Attempt On His Life Was Definitely Motivated by The Dem. party.
I Hope This Country is Able to Eventually Dismantle That Party (Dem). For Everybody's sake.
That party is Obviously Very Dangerous.
I was 5 yo when JFK died: I do remember watching his funeral in TV but I was 10 when Bob got shot and I felt the loss though and I've carried fond memories of both brothers thoughout my life and always remember JFK on Nov 22sd, every year. They both inspired many generations
1963 not 1964! How can they mess that up?
They made the film in 1964
They are presenting copyrighted material without permission and to avoid detection change the title. Not an uncommon UA-cam phenomena.
Never understood how Oswald paraded wating for bullet
President police officer and secret service man casualties of that day injured too
As if the security checks did any good!
What a story!
Never forgot this horrible tragedy 😢
The documentary’s I’ve ever seen
They sure treat some presidents different nowadays.
Superb.
Well, Oswald didn't kill Kennedy!
"Oswald didn't kill Kennedy!" is a trite and empty slogan, flying in the face of the mountain of solid evidence to the contrary.
No he didn't! But who really did we won't ever know! But for sure it was a powerful group of men behind it !
@@vincentlussier8264 "A powerful group of men behind it" is sheer (hysterical) political paranoia. Oswald acted alone (no paranoia involved).
My heart is still broken
Police at the triple overpass??
Rip pres Kennedy and all the people who have passed on in this video
Always fascinating. I don’t remember how many documentaries, movies, books I have read, watched. I seem to learn something new each time. Such a different time in our lives. Yet still the same. The major of people vote for a president in the country. A few decided if they will attempt to kill or mange to murder that person who is only trying to do their best for their country! That…that hasn’t changed. We never learn!
And now we know that Lee Oswald shot
What about the suspicious last minute route change???
SAD,So,So SAD.

1:10:29 A young Bob Schieffer. His memoir 'This Just In' is a wonderfully wry and serious, look at CBS News (Cronkite, Rather, Reasoner, Mudd, et al.).
i was 14 years then i am now 75 years
what happened JACK her words to jack told me in 1988
The gas bill must be tremendous to have kept the flame lit since Nov 1963. The way in which people salivate over this man, one would believe he was a god, but somehow LBJ managed to accomplish more in just 6 months than, all of JFK's time in office, by signing into law, the Civil Rights Act.
Why couldn't he do, what LBJ accomplished? What was the hold up? He had plenty of time to entertain Marilyn at one time, but couldn't pick up a pen to do what was right for his own countrymen and women of colour, yet certain black Americans were seen bawling their eyes out over him.
He came across as too smooth and therefore untrustworthy, with his carefully crafted PR image, but underneath, he was an immoral, devious cheating husband.
I wonder if LBJ'S illegitamate son, with Madeliene Brown, got any of his money? He is the spitting image of LBJ. Also, LBJ reversed the Viet Nam war while JFK was still lying in state, so yes, he worked really fast. That couldve been because Ladybird had invested interest in Bell Helicopter, who was building Hueys ( Bell UH-1 Iroquois) in Ft. Worth. The man who designed them was Arthur Young. His stepson, Michael Paine, worked there, too. Michael's wife, Ruth Paine, had a young lady and 2 children living in her house, while the lady's husband was staying in a boarding house closer to work, which was the Texas Schoolbook Depository. The man who owned that particular building, Mr. D. H. Byrd, was VERY close fridnds with LBJ. JFK had fired the top 5 in the CIA , the no. 2 man, being the Dallas mayor's brother.
😳 you better do some reading. Yikes! Most people know how corrupt and evil LBJ was
