This is such a good recipe! My partner preferred 1/2 oz extra vodka, but I found the original portions perfect. Fresh cordial was amazing - makes for about 8 servings, which gave us room to play with seasonal citrus (mandarins and sake make it a Shanghai Cosmo). Harper - can you do an episode on cordials? I don't really know what they are, but I want more! Thanks :)

I found this interesting and educational. As someone who hates cranberries I wouldn't touch it but it is great to know for company. I am wondering why you wouldn't use a simple syrup instead of adding 200 gr of white sugar? #Cosmopolitan #Cosmo #CocktailClass
If this was the drink of the 80's (and late 90's/early 00's), what is the cocktail drink of now? Didn't the espresso martini (which Harper also made) also become popular in the 80's? I like tart & spicy tequila-based cocktails.
