After watching more gameplay I realize the many possibilities the game has, and I am really excited. This game better have online, because knowing nintendo, they sometimes make stupid decisions.

The game will have online. The real question is how well nintendo will actually handle the online service.

This game looks pretty damn awesome! I wasn't sold on it during the Switch Event, but the Treehouse really won me over!

Terminator Juice the treehouse is designed to win u over. Let b honest here the game looks Kool but it doesn't have many characters in it to play as. Ur gonna get bored of it real fast just like everyother fighting game except WWE of course.
I can honestly see Spring Man and the others being newcomers in Smash 5 (if Sakurai decides to make one).

The inevitable Arms 2 will probably have a campaign/story, the devs for this game seem to be in touch with the community, and a story is the most requested thing people want. Yabuki once said that they even watch tournaments.

So Spring Man mains the Toaster, Ribbon Girl mains the Sparky, Master Mummy mains the Big Punch, Ninjara mains the Chakram, and Mechanica mains the Revolver. I'm curious to see who mains the other arms (Trident, Popper, Boomerang, Splapamander, Homie, and potentially more).

Honestly this game looks amazing. Hopefully it takes off like Splatoon did because it is definitely in the same tier in terms of creative takes on stale genres.

This game actually looks really cool! The presenter's enthusiasm really sold it. I'd love to see a Lanky Kong cameo :D
The pre-fight menu and the music somewhat reminds me of N64 days. Good times.

I have to say Ribbon Girl and Spring Man are my most favorite characters out of the roster. And I'm guessing they're the two lead protagonists.
Omg in that last stage is there gonna be a DNA character with DNA arms?!? That's lit. They're going really creative here I like that.

There probably will be. There are 5 arms without an owner (like how Spring Man mains the Toaster, Ribbon Girl mains the Sparky, etc.) so it's likely there will be at least 5 more characters.

Nintendo did a bad job introducing the game but now there's gameplay of it and it looks fun now
At least they're giving people a non motion-control based mode, because one of the complaints I see the most about the Switch is the motion controls in the first place

zs-quartz People are only complaining cause 1-2 switch is the only thing out really, the motion controls are obviously top notch as shown by the host who played. He was definitely showing some skill and precision using motion controls, he didn't really seem to unintentionally do something once.

Iznikroc I was wondering what else they could use but an Italian accordion boxer would be hilarious, his trait would be that every time he attacks it shoots off a couple music notes to damage the opponent if they hit.

Can't wait for people to do tournaments of this game, it seems like you can't just button mash, there's a lot of skill involved in predicting your opponents moves and dodging. People are definitely going to perfect different strategies.
