What do I do if the set screw has been stripped?? 😢

You can try to use a rubber band between the screw and the hex wrench. Sometimes that will give you enough extra grip to get it out

So there appears to be concrete behind the drywall where tissue paper holder is.. and Not enough space between drywall and concrete for toggle to expand. Hole is too large to reuse same sized wall anchor. Any other suggestions?

Possibly use a Tapcon screw if you can drill into the concrete easily. www.lowes.com/pd/Tapcon-8-Pack-1-3-4-in-x-1-4-in-Concrete-Anchors/3102311
You could also try patching the drywall first then installing a new wall anchor of the same type in that location. Either way that doesn't sound very fun. Good luck!
