From Prayagraj: In August second half tour to Arunachal Pradesh ( Tawang- Dirang etc) or Coastal Karnataka, which is suitable keeping in mind rains and temperature.
I would say to be safe as during monsoon hill areas are not good and Tawang Dirang are extreme. Coastal Karnataka is fine as monsoon enriches the beauty in western ghats plus the connectivity and services available in case you is need 😊
