Hello Victor I was wondering if you knew why my game is locked at 34 fps regardless of what I'm doing or the graphics settings, Because it doesnt make sense to me and I would like to have 60 but I don't know how.
If you tried everything to get the key then it's better to ask at the nexusmods page for answers as maybe someone already had that issue resolved or it's a new bug you have discovered

I think vsync is on or there's a limiter on in the setting of the game
