Don't understand why in residence videos don't get more views. the art work is so enticing I loved this one.
Fabulous space. The seating / waiting area with the sofa with the few vertical pink neons in the back is so....relaxing.....It is very much like waiting for The time-gate to open and fly in a different dimension, at the right moment. Fabulous flow
Nice home. Great style and design sensibilities. Wants a "green home", has a pool and lots of square footage in his residence. Travels the world on jets. Let's not lie to ourselves when we promote sustainability. I still liked the video.
Well, then we are all culprits, aren't we? Just by watching this video and commenting we too have made our contribution to that notion. Our devices where we consume this information, the pipes that enable that bits of data to go back and forth , popping up as meaningful information on those devices and the energy that drives all of it - all feed into the sustainability equation. Only those humans who are living exclusively by foraging , otherwise being animal-like, can claim to be really sustainable. And that is beyond all of us, so no need to nitpick .
Ultraliberalism/environmentalism doesn't make you a better person
If everyone did something we would be better off. Why hold people to such high standards? Ugh. Examine your need to judge.
Yeah comes across as a bit pretentious and smug.
reclaimed wood tho it's all good
Your home is beautiful and filled with character. I love everything about it. Florida is so different in architecture but I knew immediately it was Florida. I have lived here since the 70s. There is no place like it.❤
Impeccable. Some people are born with taste.
or money
@@1hayes1 yeah, that helps
Love this house, love the furnture especially the sofas, love the greenery...
Amazing video, the house is out of this world and the garden also the music give a touch of wonder. Great Job.
this hit every mark....exquisite
You use such wonderful music in your videos. It would be awesome if you posted a link to the music used in the clips. I can make playlist out of all the music used in your videos. Please do it. Thanks.
Hypnotic music..♡
Touches of 1920's. Nice concept living, and good thoughts. I liked this property and the music. 💚
Gorgeous. Beautiful film and I agree with everything he says about home.
Beautifully done. It's predicted that Miami will be under water in a few decades. Hopefully that won't come to pass.
he said eco-friendly but immediately appear on th scene a big swimming pool
How stunning! And he is so gorgeous too....
Ha this is like watching a Wes Anderson movie...
Summary : This building makes me happy !
Dinning table and another one are just amazing
You misspelt his name in the description. Got it correct in the title
One may not love this but I cannot understand anyone who dislikes it...
Love the puppy!
Hermoso, muy hermoso, todo. La casa, él, el perrito, la fotografía, la música, gracias Nowness.
I love it!
Great-details-love-love!
He seems lonely :(
3:19 You lost me here. He spoke so fast I couldn't make out what he was talking about.
I guess the photo behind him.
Beautiful but too many edits. I can't just take a good look at one thing.
Weeper or reaper in the sun by Trevor paiglin I believe
ah, gorgeous house, gorgeous art, gorgeous man, gorgeous garden. I think I've found my husband and new home!
Magnificent

0:41 Look! He is wagging its tail so hard.
1:08 Door to Another Level
4:19 Doggo
What is his number?
cant really hear the name of the architect clearly. Can anyone help me?
i found information with the name: Martin L. Hampton. try that one. Thanks for the help :)
lovely german accent
La casa Bauhaus es preciosa. La decoración +/- es ecléctica y en ratos incompatible.
Its Streamline Modern, not Art Deco.
Streamline *Moderne. It is a type of Art Deco.
very nice bauhaus-y architecture but the interior looks a little tacky, like a porn set.
Sorry to mention this but it looks quite lonely, at least the video makes it look like that.
❤️
a shot for every time you hear the word ''space''
he says he's NOT a control freak!!😯
haret0n : Denial is not just a river in Africa.
Probably if you visit him and move some of the items by an inch he angrily puts it back where it was lol.
lightness..
😍
so serious.......
Cold and clinical. Absolutely no warmth whatsoever. Nothing makes you want to linger at beauty or elegance, there isn’t any
Do these guys rob banks .... where are they getting the cash-money from?
Ouaou!
it looks like a serial killers house
♡♡♡♡
Lucky son of a bitch!
Nowness mag er wezen....
A lot of these are nice, but a lot of these owners are also so pretentious.

Funny how a house in Florida looks so cold, distant and impersonal. The house reassembles a lot the modernist Brazilian architecture which dominated, for the bad, the scene of Brazil from late 40s to 70s, side by side with Brutalism. As a Brazilian myself, I can speak without any doubt or guilt that those eyesores are responsible, partially, for the majority of the urban ugliness in big Brazilian cities. Interesting, he collects a lot of Brazilian modern art, that makes sense...... Ok. Oh, and all of the "sustainability talking" sounds fake and pretensious for someone living in Miami, with a swimming pool and travelling a lot. (someone needs to explain him how a plane works and tell him about fuel) . I bet he even dont know how to find properly his China soup dish at his clinical kitchen.
He is so pretentious
I like some of the houses, but most of the inhabitants are pretentious, "modest" artists.
Veel mensen kennen en hebben dit niet. Ze weten niet beter met hun 1 lichtpunt in het midden van de kamer.
😍
