Hi new subscriber here , this looks yummy and delicious 😋 thank you for the recipe
I made this I put onions, chopped Portabella mushrooms, orange pepper, garlic stir-fried in oil added the spinach last 2 minutes flipped done. I put my couscous on a plate and added the mix on top. My first time cooking and tasting Couscous was delicious. I also added cherry tomatoes on top.

If I don't have chicken stock powder ,can I use liquid chicken stock?
you can use the liquid one to cook the couscous only, but don’t use while or after mixing the couscous with the vegetables!
