can you point me toward a source of such a wealth of information for somewhat more common later antique glassware iin general including vases and stuff. i notice different examples of plain clear glass arent so plain. like i see some glass that seems to trap light like its dark looking without being dark. Some that look silvery like different shades of clear.... i know that sounds odd.
maybe its just my meds. ok i have this vase it appears to be blownunless there is another somewheat similar process i dont know.. it really thin glass it refracts light like in the full spectrum, no seperation. its bulbous neck narrows slightly then it flares at the opennig. the glass is uneven so i assume its hand done. at the neck the glass sort of slumps in a little on one side. is this something nice i have possibly or is it just crap? lol i need to learn this stuff but all i find everywhere i look except here is all about carnival glass and depression glass. ugh
