Umm I think it’s important to mention that most women didn’t have bank accounts till 1970s. When people say women “didn’t work “ working class women always worked , African American women always worked . It was middle - upper class women that didn’t work .

It's not just when that have been robbed of family, men have also been robbed by capitalism of the family. It's not normal to spend most of your time away from your child working in summer building. What's normal is you as a man teaching the skills that you have to your children and them working alongside you.
It's actually socialism, using government regualrioms and programmes to force people into roles and responsibilities they don't want; in a freemarket people do what they prefer and make money by working hard and spending wisely.

You know, it doesn’t have to be black and white right? As a woman, you can be educated and married, and being provided for, and if you have the bandwidth, maybe work part time or casual in the side for yourself, so you are free and in case of an emergency, like death or divorce from spouse, you have a safety net (the education and experience to transfer to full time work for financial stability). The problem is people are so angry these days, and they see everything as black and white. Also, each woman should evaluate for herself what her capacity and values are, but casual sex and enslavement to corporations in an expensive world is depressing and negative for both men and women. All human beings need stability (affordable food and shelter) and a goal that gives their life purpose OUTSIDE of work/making money. Also, I do not believe 100% of women should be homemakers (we need female doctors, teachers, etc.) nor should 100% of women be working *full-time* jobs. The answer is somewhere in the middle.

50-60 years ago, men weren’t free to choose whether they wanted to be mainly parents or workers either. They had to support large families by themselves, only seeing their kids a couple hours a day (if they were lucky)
Men still aren't free to make this choice, because women only want to date men who earn as much money or more than they do.
The oil industry probably loved having women entering the workforce. More people needing transportation to work = more oil being used to fuel the transportation vehicles.

Additionally, poor women have always worked. Marginalized people who are seen as less valuable must work multiple jobs to feed their families. Kids are extremely expensive now. A couple who is battling student loans and a terrible housing shortage is not thinking about financially crippling themselves by having children. It's sad.

This is funny timing, my wife has been begging me to be a stay-at-home wife so she can work on her hobbies. I'd be fine with it but unfortunately, nowadays it is close to impossible to afford a house on one income. But man would it sound nice having my wife stay at home and enjoy herself and do all of the chores and such.

You would probably be making more money having your wife work part time or not at all. Taxes are the greatest expenditure for us all, and when there are two income earners you get taxed by the highest margin. Time is also money so losing time off of work for your relationship, romance, family/friends, and doing household chores outside of work is costing you too whether you realize it or not.
@jercasgav I mean from tax stand point maybe. But I quite litterly need her to work so she can contribute to the bills. I don't lose anytime due to "romance, relationship, and etc." I work full-time, cybersecurity remote no overtime allowed. So after work I'm done if I have to take time off I have PTO. I would let her stay home and not work if it was a possibility

I don't think you really know what you're saying. That's not remotely true. For literally all of human history women stayed at home. Washing the clothes, helping with the farming, raising the kids,. Now many of these were shared duties but still they weren't out working. I'd love to see you site a single source for that. The rich did successfully turn women into wage slaves. The burden of women was greatly lessened during the 16th through 19th centuries only for bridge corporations to see them as a resource to be exploited. There's a reason 78% of women didn't want the right to vote. Because they knew this is where it would go. They had a lot more foresight than we do now. I dare say that the women back then were smarter than almost all the men today. Not that having the right to vote is necessarily a bad thing. I'm not saying that. But they saw the agenda behind it.

We need more content like this to bring stability back to the west.
But what can we do as a society to change this even if the women want to go back to being the "ideal housewife"? Most dual income households struggle as is, and thats how they planned and executed it. On average, we're having fewer children than in the past while bringing in dual incomes now, and yet we can't afford the lifestyle we were able to give our families back then. They've quite literally built that system to make us stuck.
That's what I was also thinking. Now that we know feminism is really bad- now what? It's not like most families can survive on one income.

Got mixed feelings about the issues of employment but would not consider myself a modern feminist by any means. Woman compliment men in more than just sex, and have contributed much to science, medicine, technology, and more. But not all jobs/careers are good for a woman’s wellbeing. It is a simple reality for many of us that woman from middle/lower income families need jobs to afford higher education, or life in general. Yet there are some jobs like hard labors that I do not think are good for woman. Misogyny still exists in some places even though misandry is on the rise. One does not diminish the existence of another, it is just both sexes hating each other, like a divorce. I was almost denied a job once due to a particularly misogynist boss (everyone else was normal). Though I later helped his business output grow four times over in only a couple of months and trained all his new workers, he never once looked me in the eye or addressed me directly, did for everyone else (coward and a loser). He had promised me a bonus without me asking for it, but I was laid off without notice instead. I could outperform his four new male workers, but that did not matter to his ego. Nevertheless, there really is no man more misogynist than one who coerces an otherwise well-off woman to toil like a dog for his own profits instead of raising her kids or being involved with her community while unfettered to corporate labor. I am glad that it is easier for an impoverished woman or single mother to acquire income without resorting to degrading herself and selling her body. But I am disgusted that work culture encourages well-off women to waste their lives and families amassing needless luxuries, superficialities, and even degrade themselves for social acceptance. I’m sad that the so-called feminists trick women into joining the corporate empire slave force instead of finding more reasonable and beneficial steps to improve womans rights, thriving, and wellbeing in a way that benefits humanity as a whole, not just the fat cats and maybe her empty ego.
