This is much better than the manual supplied as well as the official video (you know, the one with eh hippy/Vegan couple that just carried the boxesupsatirs like they weighed nothing). Hardest part is placing the glass door - it's very heavy and doesn't dit quite right. A question - we were expecting the panels to glow red, but they stay dark, is that normal? My wife is stressing that it's not working correctly, but I think it's OK.
Hey David thank you for this comment. The glass was challening for us as well but we got it on the second try. I still use this sauna 5 times a week and the two front panels should be glowing red ( Only when not up to the set temperature) When you hit your set tempurature they will stop glowing. There is also a button on your panel inside of the sauna that changes from FULL infrared which uses all three panel types to using just one or two. Make sure that you have it set at FULL.
Hi Scottie.....you mentioned cleaning up the sawdust near the end of the video. Where exactly did the sawdust come from? If the sauna is made of solid wood material there should not be any sawdust. In my research one reviewer mentioned you would find sawdust only in subpar materials. Thank you.
It was a very minimal amount. We have had this sauna now close to two years and the materials are holding up great. Any amount of sawdust that I saw came from pre-drilled holes
I'm so glad you pointed out how to install the brackets that secure the glass ceiling to the front glass -- it's not in the manual. Question: Do you know if there is an input to connect the speakers to a device located outside the sauna? There's a Bluetooth connection but I cannot find an aux input. Thank you!
Can you tell me what the torque is for the door hinges? My door keeps sliding down and when that happens the door will not shut properly. I have tried tightening the hinges but don't want to break the glass. Please advise.
Does this need a dedicated circuit for it? I know it needs a 20amp 120V - but my question is if it needs to have a circuit dedicated to it only? thank you

@@ginnytrombetti5321 I am not an electrician so I can't really advise on this. The only other things running on that specific circuit in our house are the fan and the lights and we haven't had issues or tripping in the past 3 years since installing.
Ginny: I had my licensed electrician splice into my washing machine socket and run a line to separate 15 amp receptacle with a 20 amp circuit breaker already there for washing machine. Just not going to wash clothes same time when Sauna is powered on. Arnie
David: My licensed electrician spliced into my washing machine 20 amp line. I'm on second floor townhouse. Just not going to use washing machine same time I use Sauna.
Atum: I got professional bid from Clearlight/Heal Withheat for Sanctuary 2 being assembled on second floor of townhouse at $650 and $795. I'm doing it myself with neighbor!
Just assembled one of the 2 person units yesterday. If you really wanted to get one into an attic you could - but you'd need to repair some ceiling drywall afterwards. The panels are all less than about 4' wide and 4" thick, so could be fed through a thin hole cut between the ceiling joists. You'd really have to want it in the attic to go to that much work I guess, but it could be done.
This is a horrible install video. The guy literally couldn't even plug any connectors together. he tried several times then the video just skips that part.

Hello, what are your thoughts on the difficulty of disassembling/moving/reassembling?

I Wish that I knew off the top of my head but I no longer have my owners manual. I do recall that it was in the manual.
door handle dowels should be on the inside of the sauna
Greetings scotti. Quick question; how was the wiring procedure? You did it yourself? Awesome if so .. please do tell. ThNks🤙🏼
The wiring inside the sauna is simple to follow with the instruction manual ( I have no experiene with wiring or being an electrician)

No we just replaced the outlet and it's on the same circuit as the rest of our living room downstairs.

You skipped the door installation. Mine makes a huge popping noise upon opening and closing. Any tips?
I believe that it’s just a 20 amp dedicated for the whole sauna if it’s the sanctuary 2. It only pulls 18amps.
Yep! :)
Double pole 220 volt 20 amp breaker but here is the kicker... it has to be AFCI/GFCI so you don't kill a person if the two lines arc.

How long did it take to complete?
If I remember right it took right around an hour ( a little longer to stop and take video clips)
How much you think it would cost to get one of these installed?
I would just find a local handyman and see what his hourly rates are. I can't remember how long this took but it was probably 3-4 hours max.
Atum: I got professional bid from Clearlight/Heal Withheat for Sanctuary 2 being assembled on second floor of townhouse at $650 and $795. I'm doing it myself with neighbor!
How many people does it take to put this together?
My dad and I did it together just the two of us.
What size breaker did you use for use of the door heaters?
Power: 120V / 2,250W / 18.75A
Can you put this thing outside?
You can, however it will have weather damage
Where is door installation
These segments wont fit up an attic hole i take it
No they will be too big
@@ScottieHobbsMakeWellness I wonder would the same go for the one man
@@seancaseo84 The side , front, and rear panels should be ONE piece so I would take the measurements on the website and that should give you an idea !
