This was probably the most interesting video I watched in a long time, not because of the kit, but of how you worked with it. You totally added your style into the images and created wonderful cards. There was so much to learn! In the way you color and match the coloring to the paper, it clearly shows, that you really know your stuff. Also I haven't seen paper piecing in ages and then you do it in such a wonderful way. It really surprised me with the tiny piece, that you've added to the dolls using a needle! This is determination :D
While I watched your video, I wondered whether you use all of your copics or you have colors, that you always go back to, because they fit your style and vision better?
I'm really impressed with your skills and am a little sad, that the "operation write home" ended, as those were the first videos I ever watched of you.

What a fun departure from your regular videos! I loved seeing how you were able to put together all the patterned paper according to the sketches. I get way too overwhelmed with kits like this, especially all the ephemera, so it was great seeing how you broke it down and used things on your cards or as coloring inspiration. I love these, I use to use patterned paper a lot but now I usually do simple and focus on the coloring of the image. These have given me inspiration to try some patterned paper again!
I always love you incorporate different skin tones and hair!

That was a fun and interesting departure for what I have come to expect from you. Thanks for sharing that gorgeous kit. The pattern papers you mounted and put together for these cards is so appealing and perfectly coordinated. I have a lot of pattern paper that I buy and can't bear to use (my precious) but this gives me new inspiration to consider playing and ~possibly~ parting with some of it. ;-)

What a fun kit and video! Did you feel spoiled with all the embellishments etc.? Scene making is the most fun for me to watch - it comes together like magic! Cards are adorable.

Shipping costs makes this entire set $80. Too much but your designs and coloring are awesome.
That's what I thought too Debbie but the kit has two dies in it and you can get the add on stamp sets at a relatively good price too. Just got my kit today and it was worth the $26 in shipping considering the kit itself was very reasonably priced.
