FYI a proc is a "procedurally random occurrence" which means that if certain conditions are met, the event has a /chance/ of happening. This would be like proc-ing poisoning your enemy on an attack. Most of what you're talking about in the video are triggers, which will always occur if certain conditions are met, like when the boss changes modes at a certain health threshold.
