I have an answer to the first question: I will say to this person, Hey, you had forgotten what your power is, you are there on your phone depending of what social media says, but you are so much more than that, you just had forgot your power, so I suggest to get out of your phone for a couple of hours, to just observe things, people, places the world with no judgment and when an inspiration or form of answer or something in your mind makes you feel different go and writte it, writte about it, you will see that , what happened is that you connected with the real self, your real self is a healer, is light, is solution, is peace, and we simply forgot about it, we tend to get into the ilusion of fear and stress but that is not the complete reality♥ We are complete , we are just disconnected of what we truly are!

I remember watching Jeff in China Beach when I was freshman in high school, I immediately thought he seemed like such an interesting person. I know this is self centered, but I'm so proud of my teenage self for recognizing a deep soul when I saw it! "If I'm not reflected adequately ... and have power, I will die." Ooof, I feel that, daily. Ha! To me he touched on something so important about modern spiritual talk-- is that you can't get rid of your ego, because it's intrinsic to having a body. So what can you do to be in conversation with it.

I wanted to ask, have you read Jane Roberts book ”Seth speaks; the eternal validity of the Soul”? It’s an amazing book that talks about these concepts of spirituality, from a higher perspective. It really blew my mind when I first listened to it on Everand (formerly known as Scribd)

I beleive that we may he here to suffer. Because most people are suffering today. That our suffering is some kind of training towards another level of consciousness, after physical death. Maybe my old Catholic upbringing is peeking through here. Or basic cynicism.
Easy to say this when you don't have to worry about paying rent and putting food on the table and clothes on your kids back. If you don't need your money give to someone who does.
