I also suffer from adenomyosis (plus pcos), but I didn't know that it causes the severe cramps I've been experiencing these past few months after I got off lcif (low carb intermittent fasting). Some dysmennorheas are so extreme, I feel like fainting. Will try to cut down again on carbs huhu. Thank you! ☺️
Check my doctor on Fb, her name is Dr Grace Rojo, pls limit the carbs if you cannot eliminate it. Incase u have an ig, u can message me so I can send you the food list.
