Thank you... Another way to keep Curry leaves .. wash the leaves well.. leave the water to drain for an hour... Break the leaves off the stem line a card board box with a sheet of news paper.. place the leaves in it... close the box well by keeping a weight on the top of the box keep it in the Sun for about 3 days .. shake the box every day before you keep it in the sun... Check the leaves .. it should be crispy ...if not keep it for another day.. The colour.. the smell and taste remains ... Store in an air tight container and leave it out .. do not refrigerate ..

Hi mallika. When you microwave curry leaves do not cover it with wrap. If you cover, it will beging to steam and can’t get the crispy leaves. Still I didn’t upload a video about coriander leaves. Give me little time I will do it for you. Once again thank you so much.🌹🌹🌹
