Hello! So many questions are popping up asking if the album is acid-free. According to the description: "Photo safe: acid and PVC emission free." However, I will say I wouldn't be worried about it either way. These are not photos and I don't expect the sentiments to be in there for years. :)
I have photos in albums just like these from decades ago and they are completely safe. The only thing is if you peel back the acetate over and over, the static that is helping hold that down wears off and it may not stick quite as well, but I’m sure they are better now than mine. But they are safe!
Thanks for your great video Jennifer. I’m in the UK and immediately had a search for an album. Found a great offer- £7.99 in a sale from a high street retailer. Like you I’ve already tried keeping pre prepped items in pockets and they kept falling out.
I’m ordering just the pages. I plan to cut them in half, so they’ll be closer in size to many of my other craft storage items. As Jennifer said, easy to flip through. 😊
Generosity. That's what comes to my mind first, every one of your videos is an A Grade quality tutorial. FREE!! You ARE The University of Card Making. 'Teaching', in it's purest form, is a vocation. You don't chose it, it choses you. Thank you for choosing UA-cam 😊
What a wonderful and clearly written comment. So true. If I want to know something that I can't figure out, Jennifer is my go to. I don't have to look long before the answer to my question is right in front of me. Her explanations are so clear and demonstrated several ways. I LOVE her interactive cards, even though I can't always get them right, I do try!
You have done it again, Jennifer. Really great ideas! I especially like the storage idea four our sentiments once we have made stamped and cut them out. Thank you again for sharing.
That magnetic photo album is an interesting idea. I wonder if cutting the plastic halfway (the horizontal) would also help so you didn’t have to pull back the whole sheet all the time. Dutch door, you know? You would have to give up a little space on the page, but would it cut down on the constant wear and tear of opening and closing the whole sheet constantly? Just a thought
Your storage idea is perfect for me. I hadn't heard of one that worked for me. Thank you SO much for this idea. I dug out some old pages and I'm going to organize my sentiments right now. I've been putting off making more due to a lack of appropriate storage. I am thrilled! Jan
Hi Jennifer 🙏🥰🦘🦘🦘I agree with the other Comments! The best Videos, voice-over explanations, storage tips, professional etc etc ETC! The Whole Package Demonstrator. No waffling on, just quality learning time. G.O.A.T.🏆🏆🏆💐🙏🥰 Thank You!!!♥️♥️♥️
Love all the tips to cut the sentiments. I am blown away on how to keep them stored, I used these type of books to keep my pictures and so did my mom a long time ago! It is amazing how things always come back around. Such a GREAT idea to keep the sentiments. Thanks for always coming up with ways to help us craft!!
Great idea for storing anything really. I have taken all my sentiment stamps out of the flower (any sets) stamp sets and put them in binders. I can easily locate the perfect “ thank you” stamp for the card I’m making. I also made a pocket Page notebook for stencils. I love my systems as they have saved me tons of “ searching” time! I also put all my flower stamps in one divider section, winter or kids section in a freezer drawer container. I get s whole lot more use when I know where they are. I have to say I owe it all to you Jennifer for your organizational videos! Thank you for putting these helps out there to keep our hobby more enjoyable.
Love the idea of the binder for sentiment and image storage. It's compact, organized and easy to access. Appreciate how you are always thinking of better ways of doing things, and sharing what works for you. Thank you so much, Jennifer!
I thought to myself, what a fabulous stamp storage idea. I went into the charity shop this morning and low and behold, there on the shelf, was a new black album! Perfect. Thank you so much for your channel. I love your ideas. I just need money now to spend lots and lots on craft stuff. I'm happy 😊
Another outstanding contribution from the Greatest Of All Times! When I got to the new idea for storage, to paraphrase the great Laura Bassen, "that's when my socks flew off!" 🥰
What a great idea. Years ago I used the sticky sheet albums for pictures when making my kid albums. I Wasn't doing cards then. Just recently make new albums from the sticky sheet albums and threw them away. I make tuns of cards now... DARN... You are always so kind to share. Thank you.
A brilliant idea. I struggle as well trying to find the right sentiment in all of my precut pieces. And I have several of these books. Thank you and Blessings Jennifer
Genius! Your picture is next to the word in the dictionary. Thank you for all the tips and tricks. Threw out all those old 3 ring photo albums eons ago, darn it. Amazon here we all come.😁
I am late to the party here, but it's just in time, too! I was about to purchase a 3 ring binder with page inserts to store my sentiments. And...... it just so happens, I have three of those empty albums from 80's sitting on my shelf that I have been meaning to throw away. I am pretty sure if they were where I could reach them they would have been long gone already. 😂 Thank you for all the tips and ideas, Jennifer! I am so grateful for you and your generosity! ❤
And THIS is why you're THE GOAT and THE Papercrafting Engineer! The problem-solving efficiency is clear, concise, and usually right under our noses. Pure genius. Thank you for your dedication to the crafting industry. Besides just loving your videos, I can always guarantee that I'll be inspired. Thanks again. BTW, do you do Science Technology Engineering Art Math (STEAM) talks for girls? It would be such an inspiration for young girls and women to see a live representation of STEAM in action--to know that they can love and embrace art while loving STEM. Thanks agian for all you do!
I have watched this video three times now (different sections at a time replayed) and I now also have that magnetic album set up! Actually two! One is for some die cuts of extra leaves and such that I had cut out and saved. Now they are safe & saved in the album for when I need them. I use to store them in an envelope but it was too much trouble to dig through it and they often got bent. thank you thank you. By far my favorite video with tips that you have created!!
I had to come back to say thank you! I tried the taping the dies to typing paper and OMG it worked so well! I have a ton of sentiments now. I ordered the sticky pages from Amazon and put them in a binder I already had. Thank you Jennifer!
Just yesterday I began the process of making sentiments like this - since I like colored ones, I’m going to add some of those for my favorite colors and a dark gray ink I like, too! Thank you so much, Jennifer, for these ideas! 💌
I also like to compare the varied sizes and styles options of sentiments before I finalize my cards but I found using photo pages got fuzzy (glue junk fingers i suppose) in a hurry. Currently I stack six of the same sentiment on cardstock 2 inches apart then cover it with press and seal. I reinforce the ring holes with a strip and separate the pages with parchment paper. I do this with my layering flowers also.
I really loved this video. It gives new ideas as to how to get my large projects done much quicker by simply preparing sentiment strips on days when my mo jo is gone. Thank you so much for making the time to show us how to manage our creative time better. Since my recent multiple surgeries it has been difficult to get my brain fog from anesthesia to clear up enough for me to get back to crafting!! God bless you!
Brilliant. ⭐️You are the Queen. I just love ❤ watching all your videos. They always inspire and teach me these fabulous creative ways to create. Thank you for always sharing. 🥰
Okay, I'm done with the video now. Great options for making sentiments! I love your solution for storing them! Who knew those photo albums were still being made? I remember using them...insert heart attack here....47 years ago! Man, am I old. Just this week, I purchased the baseball card holders to hold sentiments and don't like it because they are likely to fall out of the holders, some of the sentiments are longer and cover the ones above it, and you can't really see what colors you have of each one. Your solution is perfect! Thank you again for sharing your creativity with us!
Great tip on carefully removing the little metal burrs! Those things are dangerous if snipped off, not just because they can fly into your eye but also across the room. I learned a valuable lesson that cost me $400. I was snipping dies apart the dangerous way in my craft room. Nearby was my Mac Air laptop with the magnetic charging port….where a little burr flew over and was pulled in. When i went to charge my computer, ZAP! Motherboard fried. 😢 I now use my Spellbinders diamond magnetic die holder to catch any burrs as i carefully remove them and then toss them in the trash.
I remember the first set I got of stamp and dies I got. I was so confused with the die set with the pieces all connected together. My brain did not realize I was meant to cut it all apart. I thought that I had to cut each color out over and over. I had no idea what I was going to use green gnomes for. So glad I found you! I collect antique sewing items so I thought I would be able to buy second hand stamps on craft items that I could use to make crafty cards. Boy was I wrong and right at the same time. Some card making items You find over and over second hand like Sizzix dies and press sets or a Cuttlebug with warped plates I did find a great cutting platform that uses a 45mm rotary cutting wheel. All kinds of wood mounted stamps. Paper packs and stickers. I have probably spent $300.00 in just paper craft and card making supplies that I bought second hand. Including embossing items so of course I had to go buy a heat gun I also bought a larger glue gun. I wish that you could share pictures on YT. I have 2 paper towers and 3 of those metal carts with the plastic drawers and a ribbon station I built my self. I bought a Big Kick over a year ago and this last summer I bought a Vagabond cutter and some extra long plates. I love paper crafts and I love card making.
The photo album was a BLAST from the PAST. I used this type of photo album for all our photos years ago. I Love this idea for sentiments. Thank you so much for all the tips.
Great video, Jennifer! I did something similar for ephemera storage, but I created my own sticky pages by gluing strips of re-positional tape down on pages and then placing them in plastic sleeves which were open on two sides for easy access. I like the idea of the photo album option, which would be a lot less work! Thanks for the tips on stamping multiples at once!
Wow, they still make that type of sticky album? Genius idea! I store pre-made sentiments in mini ink cube clamshell containers (the kind that holds 4 cubes) but of course larger ones don’t fit, so maybe this is something I’ll try. Thanks for sharing!
Jennifer, this tutorial was very, very helpful, I just came home from the hospital after a week stay for intense surgery. I am off my rt foot for 6 weeks, total non weight bearing. It would be great if someone could come over, gather my things up so I can do this. Nice sentiments complete a card, having them handy saves Soooo much time. Love the Hero Arts rub on you just showed thank you so much, Blessings to you and your family and fur babies.
Omg!! You have solved my biggest crafty frustration! I've tried many storage ideas but none have worked for me. Thankyou soooooo much for this!! Off to a second hand shop to find one today!
Love this storage idea. I have sentiments floating around everywhere that I can never find. I also have several empty photo albums sitting around here, just collecting dust. So, I am about to put them all to good use! Thanks for sharing!
Hi Jennifer! Your videos are an encouragement to create cards and make it easy on yourself. Would you happen to have a video on creating your own ephemera stash? 😊
Oh my gosh, your creative mind is fabulous! Thank you so much for sharing with us. I can see myself using these techniques and also using some of my old circle, square and oval punches - I could make a template for those and use up some scrap pieces of paper with the punches. I can also use a pocket scrapbook to keep my sentiments in the pockets, since I have that on hand. Thank you so much for sharing your ideas - you have sparked some in me, too! ❤❤❤
This could be the most useful video I’ve ever watched… and I’ve watched a lot of them. I’ve struggled with making/storing sentiments for a while, and there were a few tips in this video that really helped! Plus, it showed 4 ways to mass-produce sentiments all in one video AND a way to store them that is better than any I’d come up with yet. Thank you so much!! You’re the first-ever recipient of a CJ UA-cam comment- I’ll bet you feel special🤣
You are a GENIUS!!!! Cutting out and storing sentiments…who knew. Not only do you think outside the box…you think outside of EVERYONE ELSE!! You continue to “blow me away” with all your techniques and helpful tips. THANK YOU SOOOO MUCH!!!! Album purchased and I CAN’T WAIT TO TRY THIS.
Great ideas and clearly explained! Thank you. I had no idea that those ‘magnetic’ albums were still available. They were the go to in the 70’s and 80’s for photo albums, until we realised that they only last for so long before they break down. My wedding photos were in one of those albums but I eventually pulled them all out, intending to make a photo book with the scanned photos. We’ve been married 42 years now and I still haven’t done it!
Great video. I’ve used several of your sentiment tips in the past but this one is so much more and I love it. I’m really very interested in your storage as well. Thank you for sharing this idea, I’m sure it is going to be very helpful.
Wow! I am presently going through photographs that are in those photo albums with the magnetic sheets. Have already discarded some of them but will hold onto the rest. Great idea! Just started making the sentiments and was putting them in plastic bags but am going to do this way now. Thanks for the ideas!
I just store my extra die cuts in the stamp sleeve so when I pick out stamps to use i can see if theres one ready and if not then stamp it. The exception is the taylored expression strips that cut at once. I group those by sentiment theme and put in little 2”x3” baggies that are used for jewelry
I would have never guessed the storage for the die cut sentiments would be the old style photo album but it looks so useful. I definitely want to get a head start on cards and get a bunch of sentiment strips ready.
Wonderful idea for the sentiments, Jennifer! I recently purchased an album as I saw someone use one for metal die cuts, however they ended up too heavy for the pages to hold. Now I have a BETTER use for my album! Thanks! ❤
I'm only half way through the video, but I had to pause it to say. I know you have always been very clever and creative in accomplishing repetitive tasks. I have marveled at how your brain works. But this blows me away! You have come up with a fantastic way to do this. Thank you for sharing this with us. You have always been generous with sharing your gifts over the years and one would think you would run out of ideas. But you don't! Just amazing. That's all I can say. Thank you for sharing with us in so many different ways.
Ooooh very clever! I like how flat the pages stay with this method. I use baseball card pocket protector sheets for my critter book and my die cuts (and one for strips now too...yikes I outgrew them) and that has worked well for me. I'm looking forward to the follow up on this. Thanks for sharing your talent.
Excellent ideas for creating sentiments and an inspired idea for storage. Your idea does flat or your favorite dimensional items. This is a really helpful video. It covers basics, but I believe you are the first to do it. I do appreciate the out of the box thinking to come up with such useful techniques.
THANK YOU Jennifer! Your videos are THE BEST. I have learned SO MUCH from you. I always look forward to sitting down and watching your newest videos. You are the queen of the card making world! 👑 I hope you truly do enjoy making your videos, as I would be so sad if you ever stopped! Thank you thank you!!
This is amazing. I have an idea to put my stamps in this way as well. I've been so distressed not being about have an "At a Glance" method. You are amazing Thank you for all you share with us.
What a great idea to use elf stick photo albums. I love this. Right now I have all these little baggies all over with various pieces in them. Works but not very easy to find things. I so appreciate you and all the great videos you produce.
Another amazing video Jennifer. Appreciate all of the options to stamp and cut all of the sentiments and the phonebook storage system is one of those "why didn't I think of that!" moments. Thanks for all you do!
What greatttt tips!! Loved the photo album idea for storing stamped sentiments. It took me my childhood memories when I use to collect stickers. Thank you, Jennifer.
Hello! So many questions are popping up asking if the album is acid-free. According to the description: "Photo safe: acid and PVC emission free." However, I will say I wouldn't be worried about it either way. These are not photos and I don't expect the sentiments to be in there for years. :)
I’m also wondering if your sentiments come out of it easily? Instead of like the older version of these where the photos are so hard to get out?
Glad to hear they have improved those over the years.
I have photos in albums just like these from decades ago and they are completely safe. The only thing is if you peel back the acetate over and over, the static that is helping hold that down wears off and it may not stick quite as well, but I’m sure they are better now than mine. But they are safe!

SUPERB IDEAS!!! Best video with die cut suggestions that I’ve ever seen. Thank you!
You really are very smart and creative! Love the various template ideas. Very smart!
Your storage idea is perfect for me. I hadn't heard of one that worked for me. Thank you SO much for this idea. I dug out some old pages and I'm going to organize my sentiments right now. I've been putting off making more due to a lack of appropriate storage. I am thrilled! Jan
Great storage idea and mass producing ideas!
That photo album idea is GENIUS! Thank you!
Thanks! I use my circle punches for sentiments rather than dies. I have them in several sizes. Much faster than dies.

I’m currently working on this. It’s a big project but think I’ll really enjoy having like stamps together.
Awe! This reminds me of collecting stickers in my sticker book in elementary school in the late 70s/early 80s. Which I still have.
Hahaha yes
I had one of those but I cannibalized it when my son was very little and obsessed with stickers!
Love the idea of the binder for sentiment and image storage. It's compact, organized and easy to access. Appreciate how you are always thinking of better ways of doing things, and sharing what works for you. Thank you so much, Jennifer!
Once again, this video proves (as Cathy Z says) you are the GOAT. So many great ideas and I really like the photo album for storage.
Your voice is so calming. I absolutely love your videos especially the longer ones!!!!!
I thought to myself, what a fabulous stamp storage idea. I went into the charity shop this morning and low and behold, there on the shelf, was a new black album! Perfect.
Thank you so much for your channel. I love your ideas. I just need money now to spend lots and lots on craft stuff.
I'm happy 😊
Score!
Another outstanding contribution from the Greatest Of All Times! When I got to the new idea for storage, to paraphrase the great Laura Bassen, "that's when my socks flew off!" 🥰
Good lord you took me back to the 70/80's with that sticky album. Hope it works for you.
Yeah, but those albums had a really sticky surface that ruined your photos, just ask me how I know!
What a great idea. Years ago I used the sticky sheet albums for pictures when making my kid albums. I Wasn't doing cards then. Just recently make new albums from the sticky sheet albums and threw them away. I make tuns of cards now... DARN... You are always so kind to share. Thank you.

Genius! Your picture is next to the word in the dictionary. Thank you for all the tips and tricks. Threw out all those old 3 ring photo albums eons ago, darn it. Amazon here we all come.😁
Love the idea of making a template with copy paper of different styles of dies. Thanks for sharing.
Such wonderful organization skills Jennifer
You really are a brilliant, wonderful teacher! After watching you for years, I still can learn new time saving tips! Thank you!
Thank you Jennifer!! I love learning how to organize and mass produce my sediments!! Great video!

Dear Jennifer-I love your videos and learn sooo much each time! Thank you for sharing your knowledge and experience!💕
Great Idea! Thank you!
Thank you so much!
Absolutely brilliant production method but your storage is uber-brilliant!! 😮😃😍♥️❣️ Thank you, Jennifer! ♥️😘
Thank you Jennifer, this is really helpful💕
Love this storage idea. I have sentiments floating around everywhere that I can never find. I also have several empty photo albums sitting around here, just collecting dust. So, I am about to put them all to good use! Thanks for sharing!
What a wonderful idea. I so passed this on to a couple of friends.

My wedding photos were in one of those albums but I eventually pulled them all out, intending to make a photo book with the scanned photos. We’ve been married 42 years now and I still haven’t done it!
Brilliantly inspirational thxs Jennifer ❤
Great video. I’ve used several of your sentiment tips in the past but this one is so much more and I love it. I’m really very interested in your storage as well. Thank you for sharing this idea, I’m sure it is going to be very helpful.
This is the best and complete stamp, cut and store sentiments that I’ve ever seen. You are amazing and soooo organized. So thankful for this video.
Awesome idea for the photo album!! I think I'll switch from the baseball card pockets.
As usual, thank you for sharing your organization along with creative ideas.
WOO HOO ! Finally a stamped storage solutions. Thank you Jennifer McGuire😘
Thanks for sharing your sentiment system with us. I love the notebook idea for storage.
Wonderful idea for the sentiments, Jennifer! I recently purchased an album as I saw someone use one for metal die cuts, however they ended up too heavy for the pages to hold. Now I have a BETTER use for my album! Thanks! ❤
Love the organizing idea, thanks for sharing. You’re amazing.
This is how I store my sentiments 😱 just make sure you get really good sheets with a nice tack… cheap ones won’t hold so well… 😊
I'm only half way through the video, but I had to pause it to say.
Clever, clever girl! Great ideas!
Thank you so much Jennifer! I have a sentiments stamp and die set but couldn’t work out the best way to use it! Love watching your creations 😀💐
Reminds me of my parents photo albums from the 50’s
where is the LOVE button for this! So many great ideas!❤
Lots of great ideas in this video. Thank you for sharing 😊🤗
Love the idea of using the magnetic binder for the sentiments storage! Great tip!
Fantastic video, Jennifer! I will definitely be storing my sentiments in my mini albums!😊👍🏽
Wonderful!
Excellent ideas for creating sentiments and an inspired idea for storage. Your idea does flat or your favorite dimensional items. This is a really helpful video. It covers basics, but I believe you are the first to do it. I do appreciate the out of the box thinking to come up with such useful techniques.
I make sentiments ahead of time when I am not feeling the mojo. I am excited to try using your storage system! Thank you so much for the tip!
You are just such a genius!!!❤️❤️❤️

This is amazing. I have an idea to put my stamps in this way as well. I've been so distressed not being about have an "At a Glance" method. You are amazing Thank you for all you share with us.
What a great idea to use elf stick photo albums. I love this. Right now I have all these little baggies all over with various pieces in them. Works but not very easy to find things. I so appreciate you and all the great videos you produce.
One of your best videos….thank you so much
Love the storage idea. Thank you.
This would be perfect for the rare day I have time to create and I’m just not in the creative mood but still want to use my time in my stamp room.
You are brilliant! Thank you for always sharing your talents with us.
You are so welcome!
Another amazing video Jennifer. Appreciate all of the options to stamp and cut all of the sentiments and the phonebook storage system is one of those "why didn't I think of that!" moments. Thanks for all you do!
Thank you for the great ideas. The storage notebook looks like what was used for photos decades ago. 😂
Great video - really useful ideas. Thanks for sharing 👍
So many awesome tips! Thank you! I will need to watch this again to remind myself of everything you packed into one video 😊
What greatttt tips!! Loved the photo album idea for storing stamped sentiments. It took me my childhood memories when I use to collect stickers. Thank you, Jennifer.
