Well it does take some time to create or develop a great product before it's released to the world. But that's now made me curious for how long was your trip here in the country. This is your 8th video from Phls. and it seems that your trip wasn't cut short, so am I right to think that you still have more coming?

An American here who happens to have family in the Philippines on the island of CEBU. Culturally I'm American because I was born & raised here but ethnically I'm half Filipino, quarter German/Welsh & Quarter Euro Spanish. My Dad is full Filipino who grew up in the small city of BOGO on the island of Cebu & my Mom is white American from Kansas State. Anyway, I'm 36 years old now & I'm looking to travel to or even live in the Philippines to learn more about my cultural background. A lot of people here in the states mistake me for either full white or light skin Mexican so I'd like to brush up on the language & the culture because Filipino is part of my identity. Thank you for posting this video on Cebu City. I think I might one day travel to this exact location to check it out for myself. It's a very interesting piece of Real Estate. Greetings from America and blessings bestowed upon all who live in the Philippines. Shout out to all my Aunt's, Uncle's & Cousins as well. Rest in peace to my Lolo & Lola in BOGO City. Oneluv.
IT park is just a place for people who mostly like the comfortable lifestyle. But the others places in Cebu like Barili and the south are for adventurous people.
The place where I started my career and made me grow professionally ❤️ IT pArk will always be the best place to work ❤️ I was working in Ebloc2 for 6 years. I witnessed how garden bloc and central bloc ayala was built. Even the pyramid, park social, buffalo wings, Yakski, sugbu mercado etc... a great place to bring ur friends ❤️❤️
Omg it’s like LittleSingapore wow. The coffe shop are insane.this is the only Cebu city vlog that’s sounds incredible mostly it’s outside Cebu .omg the avida tower is beautiful. Wow
Looks like it had a very chilled vibe for a place I’ve heard is pretty crazy or maybe it’s the chilled lofi hip hop back track. Looking forward to the next one bro
IT Park is the best part of Cebu. Every time i am in the city, i come over and eat at Sugbo Mercado at night because of the vibe and the food. The good news too is that it's one of the safest parts of the city.
You never miss to amaze me! Simple but beautifully covered video... Love the place you stayed & it's cheap yet so fully furnished & very accessible to places you love to hang out. Again good job!
It park is nice and all. But you should visit the coast lines. That's what make cebu great, a one hour drive from the city, you can already see some nice beaches, and venture more, you will see the pristine white beaches. Perfectly balance from a city life to off the path life
There is already Ayala Mall Central Block at IT Park, aside from IT Park in Cebu there is also Cebu Business Park which is also very clean with lots of high rise buildings there is also Fuente Osmeña but Fuente is not as clean as Cebu Business Park and IT Park but the tallest buildings in Cebu are there
Ive always admired how you have documented your travel videos with such interesting visuals, details of place, what to expect, paired with that tv show voice you have and a positive perspective. Well done !
I grew up in cebu, thats my hometown. after college, IT park became my office work site. I knew exactly every angle you showed in this video (getting nostalgic) Thank you so much for taking time to visit the Queen city of the south. I am currently assigned in manila but will be soon be back home to cebu :)
When we went to Cebu 4 years ago, we got an AirBnb at the Lapu-lapu side and from there, we went island-hopping. All I knew about Cebu are the incredible islands, dive spots, canyons and waterfalls and whale sharks. Didn't know Cebu had this sleek, modern area which I also would have loved to see. I guess, I'm gonna have to come and visit again, which is absolutely ok with me. I love it there.
I could still remember that the first building in IT Park was the Globe Telecom's building. Lots of events being held in IT Park before buildings were being erected.
lovely video, I'm from here .. I really miss going out and the sugbo mercardo!!!!! .. stay safe everyone, remember this is temporary, stay strong ❤️ we will all meet again
Sweet, way to rock out a run RYAN, ha you had me fooled. Now that the snow is gone, I'm looking forward to hitting the trails for a jog. Hard to believe it was an old airport.
Yes, it was one of the oldest airports in the country when the planes were still very small driven by propellers. The airport didn't stay long in Cebu City due to the fast growing population and has since transferred in 1960 to nearby Mactan Island. The current Mactan-Cebu Airport is already more than 50 years old. Believe it or not but the name of the old airport in Cebu City was Cebu-La Guardia Airport, sharing the same name with the present New York-La Guardia Airport.
MAN OH MAN THAT CEBU IS NOT EVEN NOT THIS CEBU THIS CEBU IS FROM ANOTHER DIMENSION OR A PARALLEL VERSION THAT OLD CEBU WAS DESTROYED BY THE LHC OR LARGE HYDRON COLLIDER LOCATED AT CERN IN GENEVA SWITZERLAND! Guys for who ever want to stay In a hotel in Cebu I recommend to go to avida towers its near to sugbo market so convenient I ate lots of barbecue there ....... I love the avida swimming pool to😂😂😂 I love my hometown and ur so welcome to cebu❤️
When i google jobs there for fun, i mostly find call center agents, IT support jobs, admin jobs, help desk, up to 35k php per month. The only reason for me to work there, is to found a business, hire cheap workers, and do programming for overseas companies and make profit. But Cebu is too hot, i am always sweating wherever i go there. Aircondition makes me sick. But i would like to work there as a programmer for 3 months or so. Just for fun and see different people and new places. Eventhough will not make me rich.
It's crazy to see how the empty (and clean!) park transitions into a bustling food market/night life spot! Very nice Airbnb, especially at that price! Very funny opener; I resemble that 😎 We liked your dramatic representation too, haha! April wonders what all was in Emma's combo dessert?
Yes, Cebu IT Park feels like BGC but in a much smaller scale because BGC occupies 240 hectares of land formerly from the Philippine army while CITP only occupies 27 hectares of the old Lahug airport. Cebu Business Park on the other hand, located a few meters from CITP is Cebu's version of Makati CBD which is the premier business hub of southern Philippines.
Looks great there I stayed near mango square bored stupid for 3 days went to that famous Catholic Church so famous I can’t remember the name took a boat over to Bohol nice island
@@tranquilityisland Huh? Cebu Business Park was built way ahead of Cebu IT Park and not yet operating? You must be a joker. LOL! Cebu Business Park was built in 1988 and the first building was erected in 1992 and Cebu IT Park was built in late 1990s and the first building was erected in 2001.
@@OneShotAdventures Not quite. But the huge mall called Ayala Center Cebu within the Cebu Business Park is a popular destination for tourists for its very modern ambiance and two nice gardens: The Terraces and the Rooftop Garden. Most of the restaurants, bars, coffee houses, and shops are contained inside the 5-level mall.
Our Cebu city cleaners clean our Cebu 24/7 but in carbon nahh no clean there😂 and also carbon is the oldest street in Cebu which is amazing to imagine how many people have walked there❤️
