Cebu island is kind of an all in one place really. A balance of good tourist attractions, white sand beaches, and highly urbanized cities in reasonable proximities. I think there's no island in the Ph that has those 3 combined.
Your vlogging is unique, you are exploring every corner of the Philippines in details, which most foreign vloggers and even Filipinos do not know that exist, keep going you are exposing the beauty of Philippines to the world.
Hello Sir, try to explore also the Northern part of Cebu, you will surely love it. Bantayan Island and Malapascua Island are surely worth your time, Cebu North is quite fascinating and inviting.
Cebu is really lovely and it's rich in history. You should definitely go to Mactan next, because that's where Magellan died at the Battle of Mactan 27 April 1521. There's also a shrine and a statue of Lapu-Lapu in that area.😀👍

In the early 2000s, IT Park wasn't developed yet. I could still remember that it was just cement roads then and wide open land. It used to be an airport by the way. We used to just walk there to catch a jeepney ride outside after our ROTC training every Saturday at Camp Lapu-Lapu just behind IT Park. After I graduated college there were not so many low rise buildings then - EPSON, Globe, NEC to name a few. I'm from Cebu but I haven't visited IT Park for like 3-4 years now. Thanks for the tour Mergim.
Hi Mergim, i've been following your travels since you first arrived in the Philippines and have thoroughly enjoyed the way you've incorporated historical facts and trivia into your vlogs. I look forward to watching future vlogs from other parts of our beautiful country, but not necessarily just the islands and beaches all other vloggers highlight. Your episodes from Tondo, Binondo, inner Manila and Intramuros were especially informative as well as entertaining, which proves that the landscapes in the background are not the only things that make for a great vlog. Good luck and happy travels in the Philippines!

you are loving cebu mergim, any plans exploring the northern part? its slightly different than south, its hotter and its the area where you can find the only vast flat lands of cebu , everywhere else is in cebu is mostly mountainous!!!
Finally, I've subscribed 😁 been following you since you moved to the Philippines. I hope you would also visit the different destinations in Mindanao in your future vlogs.
Thank Mergim for your effort in sharing to your vlogs the beauty of the island of Cebu. I really missed the place that I grew up at. If you are still there when get back, I would really appreciate if I could meet you and thank you personally. 😊
This video was very helpful in making the case for visiting Cebu City. It was cool that you ran into Alex. He puts out interesting content and is full of energy. . Hope you two do future collaborations. Thanks for sharing.
Since you mentioned going to explore Mactan one of these days, you can take the bus from IT Park to Mactan Newtown and you’ll be taken off to the sister township of BGC by Megaworld. If BGC had the Venice-themed lifestyle mall, Mactan will be having Spanish-themed soon to be called Plaza Magellan. Mactan Newtown also has it’s own beach which will soon be developed into a beach lagoon. Across the street from Mactan Newtown towards Punta Engaño, there is Mactan Shrine where the Battle of Mactan between Lapu-Lapu and Magellan took place in 1521. I would love that you cover that, but looking at how you actually cover a lot of the most underrated and interesting places, I believe you’ll eventually be able to explore the area without much tip from others.
@@WelcomeToRabuAvenue if there’s no change during the pandemic, yes. I used to live in the area and went there in Newtown Beach on weekends with my dog. If I my memory didn’t fail me it was around 200/person entrance.
