    INGREDIENTS ADDED
    STEP1
    prepare mandi masala
    *2 tbspn coriander seeds.
    *1tspn cumin seeds.
    *3bay leaf,1cinnamon stick,4black cardamom,4green cardamom.
    *1tbspn black pepper seeds,1 piece javitri,1/2 piece jaiphal,1star anise.
    *8-9cloves
    *1 dried lemon.
    *1tbspn chili flakes.
    *1tbspn garlic powder.
    *1/2 tspn turmeric.
    *1tspn salt.
    STEP2:
    prepare mandi raan
    *2tbspn ginger-garlic paste(on both sides).
    *1tbspn raw papaya paste,1tspn green chili paste.(mix n apply).
    *1lemon.
    *2tbspn prepared mandi masala powder.
    *1tspn black pepper seeds
    *1/2 cinamon.
    *4cardamom.
    *1star anise.
    *1 chop onion.
    *5cup water.
    *on cook mandi raan(add 2 tbspn mandi masala powder with 2tspn oil)
    *add1/4 cup on grill pan(grill the mutton leg)
    STEP3:
    *1/4 cup oil.
    *2 bay leaf,2dried lemon,3green cardamom,2black cardamom,4cloves.
    *1chop onion.
    *add mutton stock(of cook mutton leg).
    *1n1/2 kg basmati rice (soak it for 30 mint).
    *3 cup water.
    *1tbspn prepared mandi masla.
    *2tspn salt(or as required).
    *2tbspn ghee.
    *give smoke using charcoal.
    mandi is ready to serve.
