    INGREDIENTS ADDED
    STEP1
    *1 cup oil
    *1 cup onion paste.
    *use boiled (1/2 kg )mutton (boil by adding 1 tspn ginger-
    garlic paste,1 tspn salt, 2 cup water)
    STEP2
    *4 green chilies
    *few mint and coriander leaves
    *1/2 tspn salt.
    *1/`4 cup curd
    STEP3
    *almonds(15-20)
    *pistachios(15-20)
    *cashew(10-15)
    STEP4
    *2tbspn ghee
    *1/2 tspn garam masala powder
    *1/2 tspn black pepper powder
    *1/2 tspn cumin powder.
    *1/2 tspn coriander powder.
    STEP5
    *3 cup water
    *1tspn cumin seeds
    *1 tspn black pepper seeds.
    *9-10 cardamom.
    *4-5 cinnamom pieces.
    *1 cup coriander leaves.
    STEP6
    *1/2 cup milk(dip few saffron sticks)
    *1/4 cup butter.
    *1/4 cup cream
