    Being Spina Bifida Ben I do get back and shoulder pain. This exercise will help with that.

      @@AdaptToPerform Today I just used your reminder of the importance of stretching and rotating the spine. I am incomplete and able to use lots of the equipment at my Planet Fitness. There is a machine you kneel on and twist in each direction. I paid closer attention to getting it right and twisting further. And I remembered all of my stretches. The thing about a regular exercise program is we have to look for new inspiration often, or we get bored.
