40 Minute Best Full Body Workout!

In today’s workout we will work for 30 seconds and rest for 15 seconds as we pair up three exercises in circuit style! Circuit style here for our workout means that we will alternate between two exercises until we complete 3 rounds of each of the exercises. After we finish our third round, we will take a thirty second rest before starting the next circuit of three exercises. I used my 15-30lb dumbbells for my exercises today. The lightest weight exercise today was a lateral raise and the heaviest was a glute bridge!

3. Sit ups
4. DB Curl and forward lunge
5. Jumping Jack and punch
6. Bicycles
7. Squat and Front raise
8. Lateral Lunge front raise
9. Left Side Plank
10. Right Side plank
11. RDL to Curtsy Lunge Left
12. RDL to Curtsy Lunge Right
13. Sumo and Calf raise
14. Burpees

So many things have gotten in the way of me working out for the last three weeks. It's so mentally challenging for me to not be able to work out. Even though my little boy was up until 1:30am vomiting, I spent this 40 minutes working out. I NEEDED this!! Life has been so stressful for me. 2023 ended my 22 year marriage, I bought a home four weeks before Christmas. So many expenses and illnesses. But I am PUSHING. I am NOT GIVING UP! I'm so thankful for Sydney. I'm thankful for function, mobility, mental health and my job. Even though life is hard I am thankful for each day. ❤

This is my fourth week back in working out, the sydney workouts are so great! The motivation wasn't there at the beginning but by the end it was shinning through! Love these workouts
Happy Monday!!! Let's Go.... I have been working on my core. Slowing movements down to really try to connect and have properform. Its taking awhile but I feel like my core is getting stronger. I use to get lower back pain. Not anymore!!! Progress is consistency.
After a bit of tendinitis from running in 2023--I'm working on cross-training regularly in 2024, very glad to join a channel with some longer workouts mixed in.
I missed Saturdays work out, but right back on track today and crushed it!
I am continuing to work on the combo moves. Especially the cleans. Happy Monday everyone. 💪😅

Hooray for burpees!!! ❤❤❤ I loved this workout, especially because you finally included burpees again. My wish is for you to include them more often and help people get over the stigma of burpees, like you do when you include all those mountain climbers and Bulgarian split squats. 😅 And if people don't like burpees, they always have the option to modify. Anyway, that's it. I appreciate you, Sydney, Dustin, and team! I have for the past 4 years! Hope we can have the burpee horn again sometime soon! 😁
