Yeah my mistake of using the reverse mode on the phone so I could try and see what I was filming.

In terms of the spacer behind the wire, aren't there two? The cushion spring and the plate seat. Do you remove both when swapping the half disc for a full disc?

Yes sir remove both and discard the wire.
