Heh. Well they make aftermarket "easy pull" clutch handles. You can adjust the raito for the pull with a little dial and gear mechanism on the handle. They are not too hard to put on, and it will help somewhat. Other than that, you would have to make some sort of new clutch ball ramp with a steeper angle to shorten the throw, a decent machinist should be able to machine one for you.
