You are so true...
This is people we put so much trust to and they shouldn't do that type of things.
You could use humor to make yourself sane, when you have a hard work mentally, but not to cost of others. Specially to those that's already are vulnerable.

Its bothersome because these are the people who come when you are most vulnerable and weak. I woke up during surgery and it was crazy. I'm pretty sure i heard the doctors talking crap about me, but i was on anesthesia. But my mom was a embalmer. Those are where the true sickos are. Not all of em of course.
