I'm 74 and I've been told many times when I was younger that I was a good dancer. Always just improvised and went with the flow and the beat ... wherever it took me. When I watch these, I like to think I would have tried this back then. Now, I think I'd break a hip or something. lol
A while back I started going to a public health class for back exercises. I am in my 30s. I was the youngest by a big margin. I was so intimidated, because everybody there (who had been doing this class for years) had so much more stamina and flexibility. There was one couple in their 80s, who just "obliterated" the class. They were pretty flexible and had endurance. Nobody but myself made me feel bad... And then i found out, that they've been competitive dancers for more than 20 years. They started late, because they never made time next to work. And now they dance on international competitions. I admire them so much. Every body is different - so for some this really might lead to broken hips. And at least twice they showed up with bandages... but still, i admire them so much.

About two years ago. This one video is what re-solidified both my love of jazz and electro swing music, but also dancing. Its a small thing, and yet this one moment was such an inexplicable inspiration for how I move the rest of my life. Thank you
You use some good simple moves and this video should used as a tutorial. You make the moves so properly, people can clearly see how and what you do. Verry nice!! And i like your arm movement, it's better as most others!
These moves seem almost exactly copied from another swing dancer called JustSomeMotion (song: Brotherswing); He has a bit more.. 'feeling' to the dance, while this is very textbook, probably because she copied it from him. :)

I've watched a lot of shuffle dance videos, but Grace Annette is the one who really just nails it with the sheer precision of her timing. Every move working beautifully with the music. Way to go!
You should see her first( ?) one outdoors with a garden wall behind her. The film guy says at the end "beautiful!" or something and she replies "the dance or me?". Something along those lines anyway. Enchanting interaction.
Hi Guys - hope you all enjoyed this. It took a long time to build this robot and get the moves correct without it falling over. We managed to win 2nd prize in our school science project with this - hope to bring you more soon.

When at 1:21 she moved her head left and right as if she didn't care about the camera and just danced made her look so free and beautiful so different from the rest of the video where she was locked and staring at the camera. The foot work was good but it felt......"stiff" that moment of freedom at 1:21 just hits different and is a breath of fresh air I'd like to see more in videos tbh
