So What is FFmpeg?
FFmpeg is a free and open-source software project consisting of a large suite of libraries and programs for handling video, audio, and other multimedia files and streams. At its core is the FFmpeg program itself, designed for command-line-based processing of video and audio files.

Installing FFmpeg is very easy. Just follow the following steps and there you go... So let's begin!
Step 1. To install FFmpeg first you just need to download the zip file from the following Link:
ffmpeg.org/download.html
Step 2. After downloading FFmpeg you need to extract it by right-clicking it.
Step 3. Now copy and paste the files and folder into your c drive.
Step 4. Now you need to set the environment variable! And there you go!!
Step 5. Now use the following command for compressing any video:
ffmpeg -i "source.mp4" -c:v libx264 -b:v 1.5M -c:a aac -b:a 128k "target.mp4"
