Nice video Jimmy, Which cheese would you recommend with MERLOT?

So, Bordeaux has NO official cheese (crazy, right?!) so think of influences of Bordeaux - British and Dutch - I would pair a good cheddar, and a vintage gouda - and if the Merlot is aged, then a truffle gouda :-)

Sharp cheddar probably works with anything. I'm gonna recommend a fav of mine I haven't had in years unfortunately: Morbier. Very rich and creamy. Very French. It might be a bit heavy competing with the full Merlot, but you could also argue it stands up to it.
