    胡师傅是有功夫的,但是在说什么一戴拳套全完这种话之前建议还是先去多了解一下现代搏击,知道不知道拳击运动员也有锻炼拳头硬度和手腕强度的很多种专项训练?用手背、手指、拳头交替着做弹力俯卧撑懂不懂?最后把手腕和前臂练的即有强度又柔韧。如果非要强调戴不戴手套,OK,MMA的比赛用用的分指手套已经很薄了,完全可以去试试,再不行,俄国和巴西还有日本都有完全不戴拳头的裸拳拳赛,也可以去一试身手。还有这种贴身靠打,好的你打站着不动的外行肯定可以的,但是你靠这么近,这在泰拳中叫内围,有很多种战术和打法,知道泰拳的膝肘是干嘛用的吗?你这么一靠上去,刚好碰到对手的肘尖儿或缠抱,要知道人家那可是无数次对练练出来的反应速度,能没有你这整天试手点到为止这么练出来的快?遇到自由跤可能更惨,一靠上去刚好碰到人家take down。不能闭门造车总吹嘘自己的东西,开放心态多与人交流,取长补短才能有生命力啊。

      我其实自己也练八极。我其实有玩大枪,就是枪头换压力感应亮灯的海绵头。我依然认为八极身法的意义在大枪上体现的特别好。我们都是带护具上去直接搞的。挨帮挤靠和大缠,六大开啥的,如果两个人扎空进缠斗,特别好用。
      我师傅的解释是,我和你动手打一不打二,因为打一退半步就拔出家伙了,刀剑棍搬砖匕首都行。所以很多八极拳的东西都是好坏就一下,没有就不要了。
      对于进膝这种东西,其实和玩BJJ摔跤一个道理,是靠距离控制和手上功夫控制重心的前提才能玩儿,才能闯进去。我个人认为胡老师的身法多少有点扯淡

    • @NoOffensePies
      @NoOffensePies Рік тому

      再就是其实八极拳也喜欢玩儿膝盖,这东西其实我们的理解是要看人运动轨迹的。一个人傻了吧唧的矮身进,我们也进膝盖。一般八极近身要打斜,或者有类似拳击的那种拧转的身法入进去,直着进必须是你出前手拳的同时,而且近身时候你手要按着胯。
      要练专项的。而且要骗招抓距离,不然也是比较sb的打法。
      但是我依然认为,这种打发,但凡咱俩身上有家伙就合理了,因为控制距离放远抱架就可以开始械斗了,这就是另一门武术了

      @@nikiminja7838 I don't think so. He's backhand slapping the wooden dummy pole, and even though it's on a spring, the spring is stiff. Even lightly slapping a bean bag or one filled with sand or iron filings is punishing, and he is hitting some type of hardwood if my guess is correct. He's a serious practitioner. Would he prevail in a UFC cage? I'm pretty sure none of us would expect that, but MMA is governed by it's own set of rules and limitatiions. Do I think he would prevail in a one-on-one bar fight with a younger slimmer, UN-armed opponent who has only done rough-house fighting (not highly trained)? I would be shocked if he didn't. MMA was a big wake-up call for all students of "forms-based" practice vs. "skills-based" training with LIVE sparring. However, it's not a beginning and the end. For example, there was a Japanese judo expert who used to win all his demonstration matches in pre-WWII England (I don't remember the date), simply by demanding that any opponent put on a judo gi top before fighting him. I'm pretty sure making his opponents wear a gi, so he would have grips, was his key to winning against "country wrestling" English lads. On the other side of the spectrum, MMA changed from a "grappling" game to a "Striking" game when the UFC took off gi and long pants and allowed vaseline to be used around the face to prevent or limit fight-ending cuts around the eyes - and BJ Penn famously, and rightfully, complained that the vaseline was migrating to the upper trunk and foiling his grappling ability. Finally, we judge hand-forms very harshly in the West without seeing that hand-forms were intended for health benefits by non-fighters and as a preparation for sword and broadsword fighting by body guards etc. All the techniques we admire in MMA, like entering to strike or takedown, become liabilities with edged weapons, where the goal is to sidestep and strike with your own sword. What I celebrate about this series of Bajiquan videos is the disclosure of actual useful techniques, vs. the tai chi classes in Los Angeles in the '70's where the instructors would not even explain the "practical" application of basic moves so students could understand why moves were performed at certain heights and in certain directions. Finally, if you watch more videos in the series, it becomes obvious that if you applied them to a mugger on a subway, the moves would be over very fast and attract far less attention than typical boxing strategies and certainly less attention than grappling on the ground. In those situations the only "win" is getting someone off you ASAP and changing trains before you have to explain what happened to the transit police.
