  • Following the Rugby World Cup, Scott Robertson will take over the All Blacks coaching role. He's enjoyed incredible success with the Crusaders, can he replicate it with the national team?

Oath. His energy is so contagious. The Loose Forwards have not been as dominant as it has been through the years. I’d suggest that the rise of basketball in NZ has somewhat affected that. Can’t wait for the Razor era to commence

Tired of new Zealand rugby pundits constantly pushing to change the laws around areas of the game that our all blacks are bad at. We used to be the best team with the best players on the ground in the ruck. Did we want to change the laws back then when Richie was dominating? No. Let's just get better at mauling let's get better at rucking and pilfering, let's get better at the tight stuff and the kicking game and the set piece, cos right now we're acting like those parts of the game are 'less than' and we're getting eaten by other nations who are so much better at them than us. (ABs fan)

Agreed. Got absolutely smoked in the Rolling Maul last year all of a sudden the rolling maul is a gigantic problem that needs to be stamped out 🙄 it makes us look bad. I’m not a fan of constant rolling mauls but just because we sucked at defending it doesn’t mean it should be taken out. The reason we all love rugby is because there’s so many ways to win the game, so many tools that teams can have in their arsenal. We don’t want all teams to play the same, we don’t want the game to be something that just suits our style, we want to put our style up against other styles and dominate. That’s the best thing about rugby.

@@kainoizking could not have said it better myself. Exactly my thoughts. It's about a clash of cultures, clash of styles. Shake my hand sir!

This is what the game needed a fresh start and a different mindset where we are and what is needed to bring to best out of every player to be innovative and skilled. Thanks Razor for your commitment to the game and the All Blacks.

Can’t wait till he’s ABs coach. Simple talk, inspiring, a storyteller, and a winner.
