(by the way, I have a pinkish-purplish sequined skirt (WHBM) similar to yours I bought years ago and I still wear it on special occasions, so keep your skirt! especially since it's basic black!).

Hi Tamara! Just subscribed to your channel😊 I'm a 65 yr old women with Normal/ Dry in warmer months but in the winter Very Dry!! I love your whole vibe! Very easy to watch you. Your calm, concise and not constantly saying Um or you know etc. If you were to move would you be able to move the Ikea closet? Does it come apart or just move it as is? Did you put it together? How hard and time consuming was it? I ask these questions cuz I'm thinking of buying this for my daughter. It looks so nice in your space! Especially love the mirror's. Also, please don't ever get rid of that black sequin skirt. It's gorgeous, timeless and it was your Mother's! I know it's not something you would wear a lot but it's pretty special in my opinion. Lol you do have a lot of black tees😃

It took my neighbor about 10 hours to assemble/install the unit, but Ikea also has contractors that they work with to install/assemble their products. If I were to move I could def take the Ikea closet. While it can't be completely disassembled, it is actually 4 closet units, so each unit could be moved individually. Also you could potentially remove the mirrored doors and reapply if needed. I heard from a lady that purchased a used Pax on Craigs List so it is definitley possible to move them. One thing to take into consideration is height. My friend had one of these closets and she got the taller unit that went virtually to the ceiling. She felt there was no way to move it because there wasn't leeway to tip it...but in my case there is enough space between the top of the closet and the ceiling to tip it for moving. I hope that makes sense.
Our closets are soooo important. We are both "minimalized" in life by virtue of our spaces, so what remains has to be organized!!!! I worked with customers for years at The Container Store designing spaces to do just this! I was NOT a good sales person but a good service person, a problem silver. It worked out beautifully. People got very emotional once their spaces were in order. My success at that company was earnest. I am still a teacher at heart and grow with the successes of my "students", wherever I find them. You do this for me as well!!!! We are "rising with the tide" of our skin care community ☺️. Thanks Tamara!

Fabulous closet! But where did you put your underwear, socks and bras? I assumed the drawers, but then you mentioned utilizing some of that space for makeup storage. First time visitor! I'm 57, retired last year, live in 809 Sq ft. by choice ... otherwise I would keep getting more stuff. I need to be very scrupulous and picky and mindful about what comes into this house. I LOVE that closet design you made. I envision utilizing the full length one and putting it on the end and it being my Broom closet to store a Broom, Swiffer and a vacuum. I currently have a mismatched setup of an armoire and a chest if drawers next to each other. Together they take up the same space as that Pax system I'll bet. That little hideaway for thunderstorms retreat is so thoughtful 💕

We decided to install the IKEA PAX system at the beginning of Covid. I just couldn't take the mess in our master bedroom closet anymore. It has been one of the best purchases we made for our house. Each item has it's place and there's nothing on the floor now. The only problem we encountered is that we have to drive 3 hours away to get to an IKEA and since they had supply chain issues during that time, we had to go there 5 times to get everything to assemble it. They weren't shipping items then. It was worth the hassle & money! Glad to hear you are enjoying yours.

Love this! Amazing transformation. Great organization. Mirrors really expand the space. I added a mirrored jewelry cabinet that hangs on a door in my bedroom and it’s my best purchase this year.

Hi!! I just purged my low rise skinny jeans too!! I had them for 7 years and couldn’t use them because I was having kids, but now that they fit again they are sooo out of style and not practical to pick up kids 😂, bye bye jeans!!

Your new wardrobe is absolutely inspirational. I have a non-functioning wardrobe in my room. I'm so jealous of all your storage. How wonderful to have all your clothes so accessible and well organised. So easy to pick what to wear and no forgetting that you have little gems hidden away somewhere in a pile!! That's my life at the moment. My daughter benefitted greatly from my latest gem finds. They were all too small for me now and hardly worn so she got some lovely new tops and really beautifully embroidered denims. I really have to sort out my wardrobe issue.
