    This is REALLY AMAZING! Great job guys! The level of detail that you put in these assets is MAGNIFICENT. Your library was exactly what I needed and was looking for. I'm currently an interior design student and freelancer, but I haven't made money with ArchViz yet. Even so, the quality of your products is so good that I didn't hesitate in subscribing to a plan. THANKS A LOT for your effort and work. It really helps people like me who are new to Blender and are looking to reach a higher level in creating highly detailed environments. I just LOVE the woods and, for sure, I can say that GeoNodes assets really helps to speed up the work. I would like so much to see more assets like this in the library with variations and easily adaptable! Keep it up with the good work, you are amazing! 😆😉

    I would happily buy this as a separate addon. But your subscription model is not acceptable. I left subscriptions when I came to blender. I'm not getting back into them for some assets.

    • @imeshh
      @imeshh  9 місяців тому

      I'm sorry you don't like it :( it was the best way we could find to affordably offer 1800+ assets. Outside of this model we found it very hard to keep our library growing :/
      I hope we can offer more options in future though

      @joshuacertain You don't have to be subscribed to always use iMeshh assets, you can sign up for a year make use of the 1800 assets, then cancel before you're renewal - making it one of the best possible purchases for archvis you can do.
      Subscription like this actually makes the community a more affordable way to get into the industry rather than buying individual assets for $6-10 each, iMeshh are the equivalent of $0.08 each which is ridiculous for the quality
      In perspective if iMeshh charged $6 an asset you'd need $10,800 to have their library, and they offer it for $149

      How is it not acceptable? 😄 The price is nothing compared to how much of a good job and therefore money you can make with the assets. If you don’t like subscriptions out of principle you’re really missing out on a subscription like this one

    I don't think its mentioned much but I really do think it is an art form to make your geometry nodes look so clean and easy to use. I, myself have been working on my own geometry node projects. One for a parametric door and another for Accoustical ceiling tiles which looks a bit similar to your floor system. It can get extrremly messy real quick so bravo on your work! Seems like this might be the best and easiest way to change the floor pattern but is there a way to create a drop down menu and then you can assign each name to one of those options?

    Nice! Quick question. I'm getting an error on Blender 3.6: Warning: 'imeshh.settings_panel' does not contain '_PT_' with prefix and suffix...any idea what that is?

    What happens if I add this to a plane that is not square or if I add it to a triangle or a circle? Does it come with a boolean function to cut out the shape I want or does it only work with squares?

    Is there a monthly subscription for imeshh ? Instead of paying 149$ all at once?

    sadly it's not working for me in Blender 4.0... evertime I add the material I just see a brown floor without any geometry nodes.

    • @imeshh
      @imeshh  7 місяців тому +1

      You need to add the geometry, the object of the wood floor and then join your plane to that object. It's not just a material. I'm sorry I missed that detail :(

    • @k-8844
      @k-8844 7 місяців тому +1

      i think you gotta treat the "material" like an asset (single plane), and stick it in your asset folder not material folder

    And how can i apply the geometry node with the material to a new plane? I can't really figure it out on min 2:33

      Select your new floor plane, then shift select the imeshh floor object you already imported. then push ctrl-J to join them. then select the imeshh floor only, go to edit mode, and delete it. You'll be left with your floor plane with the planks modifiers and textures applied. You'll have to reset the origin point on your new floor. Right click>set origin>set origin to geometry @@lukakernkern

      The problem is that we are visualizers who have been engaged in visualization for 3 years or more, we have so many of these assets that I have a 2 terabyte hard drive for them. For 30-40 dollars I would buy it.@@imeshh
