I'd say definitely not always. Has been a bit quiet since '91. The '95 album was like okay, few nice songs when you really try to find something you like from a band that had been your favorite for years, but... and since, well the next 2 were so bad that even trying I couldn't find anything listenable from them and lost all hope and the whole band... So, absolutely doesn't always deliver, however, this one is great. Best song I've heard from them since Riskin' it all.

The guitars on The Ghost was amaazing! Incredible guitars and arrangement. Clean crisp guitar sound. Very personal guitar playing. 100% I have heard the song more than 200 times so I know what I am talking about.
