I didn't think the temporary housing was really that big, but once the trees were clearcut around it, you could really see the size and girth of the building. It really looked huge after the trees and bushes were gone.
As for why they left that one tree uncut, it’s a show of power. They want the tree to know that they could have chopped it like its fellow kin, but it only lives due to the whims of the people.

This game feels like a mix between Wandering Village and Timberborners, turning this into a series is a yes for me. Another thing is giving them names of your Patrons on your Patreon.
Smart move placing the well at the north side of the housing area. Now the locals have a convenient way of describing what part of the housing to meet near, e.g.: the well end. Yep, "well end" is certainly a location and not a veiled reference to anything else related to the organization of housing there.
@RCE seeing that you like that types of games I can advise you to try "Surviving Mars"... It's a little bit more complicated and there are no bridges (unfortunately) but it's very fun and interesting 😄
New video idea for the Bridge obsessed: Build just one MASSIVE rollercoaster in RC Tycoon or Planet, and just have it look like one bridge when you zoom out. Idk if it's possible but I want to see it, but not spend the time doing it. BRIDGES!

Not gonna lie, What you did with the bridges they also did it in some of our city's in Belgium (years and years ago ofc), for some reason they didn't do it with Bruges (Brugge) and in the Netherlands you still got Amsterdam with the rivers exposed to the sun.
