I just picked up one of these griddles and was looking into doing pizza, one question being if I can put a baking steel on it (for the added thermal mass). I'm unimpressed with that crust; I get a far better crust in my ancient oven on a baking stone, and it hasn't seemed better in other videos. I think I'm going to have to try the baking steel if I want a good crust, but I don't know if it'll cause problems for the griddle.
You’re supposed to put the cheese on top of the sauce, then your other toppings. I had a restaurant for 23 years are we made homemade pizza. If you want to throw extra cheese on top your toppings afterwards that’s fine but she’s always goes on top of the sauce then the toppings.
I have to tell ya, it looks great!! You'll be over a 10,000 subs. In no time. We are experiencing a cool down here in Las Vegas, ya, under 90 degrees. This would be perfect under the patio,CPL beers. I'd only change one thing...spicy sausage..lol. great job..
lol.. Spicy sausage would be good too! I was last in vegas about 10 years ago and they called it a cool day at around 105. I bet 90 feels awesome! lol Thanks so much for the kind words. I am having a blast!
Yes... I’ve done a few quesadillas on mine. Works just fine. We do those little pizzas often. Quick and easy. I cook 3 at a time on the 22 inch griddle. Thanks!
WARNING! If you buy one of these be sure to inspect every part carefully. If there is any damage to the main griddle body that includes the control box DO NOT contact the pathetic cuisinart support but return the entire thing for replacement. Mine came with damage to the drip tray and control box. Rather than replace the entire griddle body as originally supplied the idiots at cuisine art just replaced the drip tray and the control box sheet metal facia requiring me to disassemble the ENTIRE griddle body and control box to replace the parts. This with no instructions also. Assembly time went from 1 hour to 4 hours and lots of frustration
@@KenRogersMostlyOutdoors Didnt think you were at all. I am posting this warning on all videos related to the cuisine art 360 in hopes that anybody considering the 360 is forewarned and can avoid the pain I went through
Gotcha… I understand that you are upset and I will not delete your current complaints… but I will delete any future complaints… take it up with Cuisinart!
Phenomenal lookin pizza right there Ken. I did a pizza on my Blackstone but I bought pizza crust and added toppings like you did, I never thought about using tortillas for the crust. I might try this tonight but maybe use little tortillas so everyone can have their own personal pizza. Thanks for sharing and the idea. Keep up the great work my friend
@@KenRogersMostlyOutdoors hey Ken I made a pizza video inspired by this video and I tell you what the tortilla crust was fantastic. I made it with smaller tortillas for a personal pizza size but they were fantastic just like you said. If you get a chance check out my video and let me know what you think.
You’re an awesome guy Ken! That looks really good. It’s crazy all of the stuff that can be made on a griddle at home. Thanks so much for putting out these videos for guys like me to learn from.
Thanks so much, Brandon! The griddle is a lot of fun to cook on. I honestly would have never thought I could pull off cooking a pizza on there. lol Thanks again!
Fantastic pizza! That Italian sausage one looked legit. I love the idea of using the tortilla, especially on the griddle. That 360 still amazes me. I may have to get one myself.
Thanks! Yes, We did kick that second two pizzas up a bit. The kids just like the pepperoni tho. lol I'm still loving the 360 griddle. Sometime I wish it was 36" instead of 22", but over all... I'm still a fan.
1984 BBQ : Thanks buddy! Oh yes... that made for a great crust. Perfect for the griddle. I’m going to play around with some other crust but that was awesome.
Thumbs Up!
Thanks so much!
Bravo! Well done 👍 I’m coming over for lunch next weekend.
Lol... thanks so much for watching!
No no no!!!! Put the pepperoni on TOP so the edges get CRISPY!!!!
It's good that way too.... Thanks!

I can't say that I know, but I wouldn't think that it would hurt the griddle. Give it a try. Thanks for stopping by!
I just got a Cuisinart 360° Griddle Cooking Center, looking forward to adding it to my channel. Thank you for showing off yours
+The Dudes Kitchen thanks so much and good luck with the griddle! I’m having a blast using mine. I just subbed your channel.
@@KenRogersMostlyOutdoors Thank you, I subscribed to you as well. Looking forward to what you have to make in the future :)
What’s the total cook time?
I believe that it took about 12 minutes or so to cook that. Thanks!
Excellent result!
+Lasse's Food and Barbecue I honestly wasn’t expecting it to be that good. I was completely wrong. I can’t wait to do more. Lol. Thanks!

Yes, I do it that way too. I just mix it up from time to time. Thanks so much for watching!
Kenny how did you get your griddle seasoned so well?
I just use it, clean it and re-season after every use. It builds over time. Thanks for watching!
Looks delish Ken....Thanks for sharing the pizzas with us....Look forward to your next video!

Can you make asada tacos on the griddle please
+Anthony Martinez Yes... I’m adding that to my list. Thanks so much for the suggestion!
Could probably make a mean quesadilla on that. Never thought of doing pizza with tortillas, looked great.

You forgot the thinly sliced red onion! They look delicious!
You know? If I was going to ad a thin sliced onion to that pizza, it would have to be a red onion! Great suggestion! Thanks so much for watching!
