Saying Rotando is naive is so heartbreaking. Can you imagine the youth listening, if they think fighting big battles is a losing battle, we'll never get our land back, we'll continue living in shacks, our resources wil continue being looted, and our people will never be liberated. Most High have mercy and give us the boldness to continue fighting for our liberation in our economic, spiritual, religious, emotional and every other brainwashed mindset. Rotando needs our support and protection, MH protect and favor him always, and raise more Rotando's, especially in SA.
Yeah saying he us naive was too much, He even said "It is cute" I almost stopped watching. I could tell Rutendo got touched when he said that too. This wasn't a great interview from Pen.

I am only happy that there are individuals who where able to pick this up and say something. It serves no good if you call on someone to educate the youth but then call them naive infront of the same youth u wanna educate, its just pure foolishness

One of the biggest tragedies in the “post colonial” period (I use this term very loosely) is that these conversations should have happened decades ago. But in all fairness the locus of education was primarily held at places of higher learning, academic conventions, and etc. As a result people at the grassroots were largely on the outskirts of engagement on these important topics. Social media has really played an important role in reducing this gap, and kudos to you Pen for taking the initiative and forming a platform where we can listen, learn and ask questions. This segment briefly touched topics that require a more comprehensive discussion and perhaps each could be addressed on separate segments. Possible topics for discussion: - The challenges facing African ownership of factors of production. - The state of energy security. What are we doing as Africans to secure the production of electricity and the expansion of the grid. - Are the geographic boundaries that were dictated at the Berlin Conference still relevant? What about the possibility of a regional states? If SADC for example decided to trade in a common currency and drop borders and let’s us decide as a collective how to integrate and share knowledge, expertise and resources based on African principles. How do we get to the point of deciding for ourselves? - The issue of food security as touched in this video. How can we secure the quality of naturally produced seed? Should we ban genetically modified seed altogether? Or do we do it in measures such as heavy taxation on imported seeds? - Should we as Africa challenge the status quo on who is allowed or disallowed to develop nuclear weapons. Is it practical to think of regional ownership of weapons of mass destruction to deter those that do own nuclear weapons? Why are we trusting Western & Eastern powers to act in a responsible and benevolent manner on the use of nuclear weapons? How could we distribute launch codes among regional members as part of checks and balances? Whether we are comfortable or not with the idea of nuclear weapons, we cannot discount the benefits as a bargaining chip. I’m sure your audience can come up with other Interesting and relevant topics of discussion. Shout out to Rutendo for the knowledge and articulation he brings to these discussions. It’s inspirational and hopefully inspires a generation of critical thinkers and doers👏🏻
@Penuel,thank you my brother for the schooling you are providing on this platform. Please give your guests a chance to express themselves, do not disturb them because some vital points get lost during such.

Two great powerful gentle giants simamele ngomonde Rutendo is a beast he's always spiting mind boggling insights Thanks once more God Pen ngokumbuyisa futhi Rutendo 🙌
The genetically modified seeds story I believe that one, back in the days in rural areas we used our own manure from the animals most cattle, and the corn would be perfect. until we started to buy manure from these shops and most of the mealie fields are abandoned because the don't produce much and to hire a tractor and buy manure makes it expensive to plough.
That last point he made, makes me realize that our survival is not in our hands. The moment we try and take land these seed producing companies could leave, worse poison the land. I like how he understands how the system works in all its facets
This is not fair... we need more more more more more of this !!!!... This are great minds in debate and sharing of knowledge We need this !!!!!..... Bring back Rutendo!!!!!!
penuel you are a coward. Be a man dawg, be ready to die for what you believe in!!! Rutendo got balls. May the spirits of all black heroes tht fought for their people protect him!!
What Penuel misses is that, there are systems. If you don't have the power to go against the system, you use the gap in that system to get to your cause. Purely because the cause means much more than disrespecting the system
This is where our issues start as black people we start worrying about small things we must unite as one .thanks penuel for bringing baba rutendo again Amen bazalwane,
After listening to Rutendo I feel so empowered and fearless. This is what they are talking about when they say "African child it's possible". More life Matinyarare.
Penuel doesn't listen sometimes. He's too quick to respond and interrupt the guest. Sometimes even on subjects he's not well vested in. Rutendo is right Penuel is a representation of SA psyche.
For those who feel like Pen has been interrupting, watch the whole series. This is more like a "tete a tete" that we simply bear witness to and learn from. Very informative banter, though serious topics, and food for thought👌🏾
Penuel i dont think you were listening to Rutendo,i wish you would watch this Podcast and really Listen to what he is saying and as a big fan of this Podcast, i beg you to do this Interview again!please bra wami!
This interview reminds me of the David's story against Goliath. How his brothers were incensed of the audacity of his naivete of thinking he can take down what was a FEAR to themselves. .....Careful of projecting personal insecurities.
@@NKiani Well that is the problem there. How can you engage in a debate and not cite your sources? No wonder people end up getting sued for defamation.
The genetically engineered seeds brings back a memory that has always puzzled me, in my rural home, the community used to plant maize that had purple and red colour, as I grew up that type of maize slowly dissapeared until it is nowhere to be found. Now all the subsistance farmers have to buy seed & fertilizer from the farmer's co-op each & every year. As a result if this many fields are lying dormant & unused as the people dont have money to buy seeds to plant each & every year.
NEED PART 3 ASAP ASAP ASAP ASAP ASAP ASAP that seed point needs elaboration. it is funny how the same issues that aflict africa also aflict the diasopra from jamaica to haiti to brazil and anywhere african and melanated ppl are found
The way this discussion/ dialogue is so hot you could easily be polarized, the guys just throwing punches at each other, its a necessary dialogue, especially if both know whay they talking about... hence i like it. Make this guy a resident Pen.
Love from Namibia Thank you for always speaking to Rutendo, he spoke well of you. I want to access materials that he referred to you breaking the SA economy in small pieces. Your interview has helped me understand Africa better, SA history, the Zim situation and now I appreciate the Zim brothers and sisters in Namibia more, I know amny who are doing well although some negatives happened with thier involvement in the SME Bank. Keep writing the good African story, Penuel the Black pen. God bless you brother
This was a very informative interview, Pen just be cognizant of the fact that when you dismiss a point you must propose an alternative. Can you also recommend the sources from which Rutendo gets his information, especially the pre 1652 history. Lastly I am much interested in the information about organic seeds and seeds that can be reusable.
Mr Rutendo must be a regular guest here‼️ simply because of the knowledge 🤔 & also in future I think u can make it possible for the audience to be present in these interviews were we can ask questions🤔⁉️ Because truth being told most black youth have no dreams beyond driving a sport car & having house 😏😏 We really don't have the desire to change how things are for the better. We need to be taught what's real wealth 💯 to think beyond sport Car.
I can see it's shocking to Penuel to see Rutendo willing to fight n sacrifice with so much of himself for blacks. I don't blame u Penuel it's the situation in South Africa. Good luck to Rutendo n your movement I admire your bravery.
It's easier to just criticize Penuel's handling of the interview without acknowledging that he is a great host. There are very few hosts who are as knowledgeable as Penuel, who ask such gem questions, who share their opinion to agitate the guest into sharing more and going deeper. Mr. Matinyarare, Africa and the world need you. In fact, they need both of you, Mr. Penuel and Mr. Matinyarare.

We need Rutendo to speak on a platform where he can have a coherent discussion from start to finish.
The constant cut off so the interview can interject his own views and soliloquy was so frustrating 😂😂😂🤷🏽♀️
He has terrible interviewing skills ... if He wanted he could do solo. Wtf
Mr Rutendo is extremely intelligent....and knows how to argue !! Penuel is pinned on his argument....
Rutendo is brilliant I must say. He has at least made me want to look into how I can invest in Zimbabwe, I never thought I'd say that
Woza Mnumzane sikunike umhlaba
Rutendo Matinyarare, this is the second time I've came across his interview. There is a lot of wisdom that comes from Rutendo.
@Penuel,thank you my brother for the schooling you are providing on this platform. Please give your guests a chance to express themselves, do not disturb them because some vital points get lost during such.
👏🏽Well done Pen 🖊️. I equally enjoyed the stream you’ve done with your brother too. Bring Mr Ru back he is knowledgeable on information young Africans are hungry for. 🇿🇦🏴
THE BEST Podcast in the Country by far, Robust convos always 🤞🏽.

Africa got some brains, Rutendo and Penuel are one of those.
Thank you for this informative episode. There is no certainty that the one who plants a tree will benefit from the fruits or shade of the tree, but surely the next generation will benefit. ✊🏾
Bring back my brother on show again penuel proudly 🇿🇼 there is more in him

🙌
We need more of Rutendos in this show Pen please bring him back
I like how rutendo unpack, I like how he goes far deeper on issues and also how he ilaborates, very inspiring guy.
You guys are doing great work, this discussion is so beneficial and I hope your platform continues churning such great informative conversations .
This was a beautiful conversation. Big up kings, Mr Matinyare continue fighting we are right behind you.
That last point he made, makes me realize that our survival is not in our hands. The moment we try and take land these seed producing companies could leave, worse poison the land. I like how he understands how the system works in all its facets
Land shall be taken no matter what, Zim has shown us the way and they are still surviving., backwards never
VIVA MUGABE!
Great minds think alike. Danko God Pen for bringing Mr Matinyarare back.
This is not fair... we need more more more more more of this !!!!... This are great minds in debate and sharing of knowledge
We need this !!!!!..... Bring back Rutendo!!!!!!
penuel you are a coward. Be a man dawg, be ready to die for what you believe in!!!
Rutendo got balls. May the spirits of all black heroes tht fought for their people protect him!!
Watching from Florida USA, a woman’s soul that has always been bound to the mother-father continent.
Penuel is now like, Piers Morgan...he need to give Mr Rutendo a chance to speak.....
Rutendo needs to be on your show every quarter, there’s more to learn from him. I always learn something new every time he is interviewed.
True
What Penuel misses is that, there are systems. If you don't have the power to go against the system, you use the gap in that system to get to your cause. Purely because the cause means much more than disrespecting the system
This is where our issues start as black people we start worrying about small things we must unite as one .thanks penuel for bringing baba rutendo again
Amen bazalwane,
After listening to Rutendo I feel so empowered and fearless. This is what they are talking about when they say "African child it's possible". More life Matinyarare.
Rutendo is a gem dropping education and wisdom on us. Got me hooked on Penuel's channel and discovered more great content.
Penuel doesn't listen sometimes. He's too quick to respond and interrupt the guest. Sometimes even on subjects he's not well vested in. Rutendo is right Penuel is a representation of SA psyche.
To the point of not making sense
He listens to respond and only committed to making his position known.
He also sound captured to some extent
@@sonnymasoga9743 he didn't wanna talk about the economy...
@@sonnymasoga9743he’s definitely captured 😢
Thank you penuel for bringing him back!! Thank you
For those who feel like Pen has been interrupting, watch the whole series. This is more like a "tete a tete" that we simply bear witness to and learn from. Very informative banter, though serious topics, and food for thought👌🏾
Rutendo is on another level...
Rutendo is our national treasure he needs to be protected
Penuel i dont think you were listening to Rutendo,i wish you would watch this Podcast and really Listen to what he is saying and as a big fan of this Podcast, i beg you to do this Interview again!please bra wami!
Bring him back, I like the debate. It is not monotonous. Well done 🖊️
I love this guy Rutendo matinyarare. Thank you for bringing him on penuel
Penuel, Rutendo is schooling you. Broaden your perspective or you will be left behind in supreme logic.
I love listening to these guys. The knowledge they drop is priceless
This interview reminds me of the David's story against Goliath. How his brothers were incensed of the audacity of his naivete of thinking he can take down what was a FEAR to themselves. .....Careful of projecting personal insecurities.
Penuel must learn global politics..
My sentiments exactly he must stop making references about movies 😆
At least he is making references about movies. Unlike Rutendo who doesn't cite his sources. How do you know what he is saying is true?
@@nomahope3182 Research it yourself. It’s not hard to find the sources!
@@NKiani Well that is the problem there. How can you engage in a debate and not cite your sources? No wonder people end up getting sued for defamation.
Great episode
Please Pen don't interrupt when he is explaining his point. Give him reason able time to explain.
New subscriber here.
We can appreciate for Ruthendo to come back. You guys are a walking, I enjoy this awakening sessions. Keep it up
NEED PART 3 ASAP ASAP ASAP ASAP ASAP ASAP that seed point needs elaboration. it is funny how the same issues that aflict africa also aflict the diasopra from jamaica to haiti to brazil and anywhere african and melanated ppl are found
The way this discussion/ dialogue is so hot you could easily be polarized, the guys just throwing punches at each other, its a necessary dialogue, especially if both know whay they talking about... hence i like it. Make this guy a resident Pen.
This man is a compandioum of knowledge....love it Pen...
Love from Namibia
Thank you for always speaking to Rutendo, he spoke well of you.
This guy is a beast....Qamata please protect him.
rutendos response to pens last analogy is very valid point
absolutely loved this interview! 2 bulls locking horns in such an interesting way!
Wow great, I watched the first podcast and wanted to see part 2. thanks Penuel and Rutendo.
He argues like someone who never went to school Pen, he is very dismissive without justifying it.
Mr Rutendo must be a regular guest here‼️ simply because of the knowledge 🤔
& also in future I think u can make it possible for the audience to be present in these interviews were we can ask questions🤔⁉️
Because truth being told most black youth have no dreams beyond driving a sport car & having house 😏😏
We really don't have the desire to change how things are for the better.
I love the show. Wakes my mind up.
It's time to take my notes, sit down & enjoy the wisdom‼️
We appreciate these kind of conversations. They are eye openers.
My great intellectuals together..... Wow what a dialogue 🙌🏿🙌🏿🙌🏿
