No there is just no reason to really stay in the game once the enemy drops the nuke. They could leave the match get a loss anyways and get back into a match faster than if they just sat there.

I wouldn't mind if someone EARNED a nuke. However, I'd back out if it was a cheap OMA tuber who used no skill to get their nuke. That was also 5 years ago - when the game was relevant.

TheSandyRavage UA-cam's video player plays at low bitrates and always eats foliage for breakfast when it comes to dropping quality. I personally do and recommend upscaling/recording all foliage rich map videos in 1080p since UA-cam's player uses a higher bitrate for each ascending resolution and doesn't butcher it so hard.
