I always dismissed this hack thinking it would waste one more egg. BUT I tried it this time and it worked. I used a hand whisk and ditched the food processor/blender. Turns out using a hand whisk is the only way I can make a thick mayo and it actually doesn’t take that long. Thank you for the video!
I usually just put it in the dridge for a day or 2 and then blend it with a hand blender and my mayo is rescued 👍🏽
okay but what do I do if it's too liquidy and nothing is working?

Hi I tried thz hack n evn after addind 2 yolks in broken mayo n vinegar didn't fix my mayo n i m literally like what to do with thz mixture now. Previously i added 1 egg n 2 cups oil in mayo recipe but its still liquid evn after adding two yolks in it it didn't work😢

I guess you and I have different standards as to what is considered a broken mayonnaise. Mine is whenever the oil exceeds the capacity to emulsify due to ratio imbalance, or temperature differential. Could it have been more broken? Sure! The real take away from the tutorial is how to fix it
Yeah, your mayonaise wasn't broken so ... yeah. It is good advice though but come on, make a proper fucked up one first.
