I started fly fishing 3 months ago and you were my first subbed channel. Appreciate what you do man. Helps us rookies. Keep it up. Give this man his subs people.
Great day of fishing in some beautiful water with the added plus of some landed fish. Those Natives were beautiful and thanks again for an enjoyable video. Stay safe ! ☺
I used to love fishing a day or two after a good rainstorm.. It was like a feeding frenzy for the trout with the cooler water and more food flowing by.
You've inspired me and my dad to learn how to fly fish! Love these videos, we've been thoroughly enjoying the fish hunt here in the Appalachian Mountains of WV! "Thanks for playing!" 🤣
So I was at Hilton Head this past weekend fishing and got stung by a stingray on my left foot. I haven’t been able to get out and fly fish myself so I’ve been watching your videos the whole time and it’s been amazing!!!
I surely enjoy your videos, and I am always impressed with your enthusiasm & skill, that said , a little tip on your streamer fishing. Drop your rod tip lower, you'll have less slack to take up on the strike and you'll increase your hookups. I've been fly fishing since 1977 and that is the best tip I've every gotten, for all my streamer fishing. Keep up the great videos.
Definitely good advice! I don't always do that in these small streams if I'm fishing really shallow water because I'm trying to keep the streamer off the bottom so I don't get stuck.
Nicely done video. Enjoyed this and the west vs east video. Glad to see you catch one really good fish in a hole you said was previously difficult, and always tight lines.
Nice day of Brooks and Bows, beautiful water too. I saw the East vs West glad we won. Tight Lines! Hey the you guys subscribe, always seeing great stuff here.
Could you maybe do a video on fishing Penns Creek in Pennsylvania. I am from Pennsylvania and I just started learning how to fly fish and I thought it would be cool if you fish one of my dad’s favorite streams. My Dad is teaching me how to fly fish after fly fishing for 40 years and is passing his knowledge on to me. Love your videos keep up the good work.
@@hardmanfishing I'm from oconto Wisconsin but I moved to Chattanooga 17 years ago. We would catch huge German browns rainbows and steelhead starting in October and all winter long on the oconto River and the Menominee River. I'm going to head up there this October and make a video
Hello, Im 14 and I love watching your videos and also love fly fishing. I live in Pennsylvania and we have some pretty good streams too. Do you think that maybe you could fish up here sometime I would love to see a video of you fishing the stream near my house. It is a native brookie stream and I’ve caught a 12 inch fish there.
Hello I am new to fly fishing and fly tying can anyone tell me if I should start off with just Walmart fethers or if I should spend money for more quality materials
The better the quality the better the results. Just depends on what you find at Walmart. Usually sporting goods stores carry fly tying materials.. like Dicks or Sportsman’s or cabellas
Bro has inspired me to fly fish and I'm glad because it's my favorite thing to do so thanks❤
Ayyye that’s awesome! Good luck on your next fishing adventure!

Have you ever thought of fishing Great lakes tributaries for extremely large trout and steelhead?
I was just talking about this with a friend of mine 15 minutes ago 😂 I’ll probably try it this winter

Subscribe to this man. He’s awesome.
What streamer patterns were you using in this video and what sizes?
what size rod and reel would you suggest for bull trout
What weight rod would be good for streamers for browns thank you
Im newer to fly fishing, and the only thing I haven't caught anything on yet is streamers. Any tips for streamers specifically?
What gear were you using?

@@LANsolo12 ok thank you for the help
You can find some stuff at hobby stores also. Like hobby lobby
It's much more important how you use them compared with what you use.
I'm kinda new but I even recommend using feathers from outside
Love the Brook Trout 🎣 Enjoyed. 👍 I have the same issue, folks don't sub and it's free?? You don't even have to ring the bell...
Glad you enjoyed! And yeah I think most people just watch videos based on their for you pages and not based on subs anymore.
yeah having your net float down the river is never fun. especially when a fish is still in it…
i will subscribe if you stop telling the fish to chill.
I’ll be honest idk if I can do that 😂 it’s been a habit for years
