Every EV that people buy is a win, regardless of the price. For those with deep pockets certainly these luxury EV are quite compelling. I am happy with my Nissan Ariya. That's about as expensive as I can afford currently.
The Acura is nothing but a fancy Chevy Equinox. They didn't even change it up all that much. I can't see that price tag considering the price of a Equinox.
Do you have an opinion about the Volvo XC40 Recharge? If so, do you have an opinion about the single vs. twin engine? Also, I see you liked the bigger Volvo, but any thoughts to compare the bigger one to the smaller one? Thanks.
Electric cars don't have engines 🙂 but single versus dual motor is more of a personal choice. I did do the pros and cons video for this car and it is in my library
I don't know how they manage to make these vehicles beautiful and boring at the same time. They look nice, but just don't thrill me. Maybe I need to see them in person. Are any of these expected to be produced in large enough numbers to actually be in show rooms and not have to be on a 6 month waiting list to get?
@@EforElectric why in the world would you say that it's irrelevant? It's directly proportional to how fast the thing charges. Chevy bolts are limited to something like 75 kw whereas a Tesla can do more like 200 and it makes all the difference in the world.

Soon elon will break the normal with a true future trans-sport cruiser that be stand alone..biodegradable free energy vehicles..wow can't wait..no electric kettle jobs..free energy that has NO COST..
The Lucid SUV EV looks like the third generation Kia Sorento to me. It doesn't look like a luxury car. Maybe the interior and price tag make it luxury. 😊
Boycott EVS, catch fire easily, very high insurance rates, cost more to charge away from home, than gasoline, hard to charge in winter, does not get near the mileage they predict.huge depreciation, hydro grids will not be able to keep up, like Al ready happening in Sweden. Save your money and don’t buy an EV, buy a hybrid
Can we just be honest here? American EVs are dead - stick a fork in them. My 2022 Tesla Model Y Long Range with 7-seats and white interior with the tow hitch and FSD had an MSRP price of $81,190 when I picked it up in May of 2022. Today, the resale value is $37,300 from Tesla, KBB, and Edmunds. That's a loss of $43,890 dollars in 1 year and 9 months or a loss of $2,090 a month for 21 months a loss of 54% in less than 2 years So forget the EV saving you all kinds of money on maintenance - you are losing thousands of dollars a month just owning it. the resale value of EVs in America has imploded, and it now makes absolutely no sense to buy an EV - any EV. I believe a lot of this loss is that 2,500-pound highly toxic lithium battery that has a warranty of 8 years and the replacement cost is $15,000+ with probably a 2-week wait while they special order and ship the thing. EVs had their chance and Hertz has signaled that owning them makes no financial sense and the reason they are selling 20,000 EVs at firesale prices with a $250 million loss for dipping their toe into the EV waters.

What a great list of Ev's that no one will ever see, or afford!!
Plenty of people who can afford those

It looks like both ev adoption and your video ideas, are running out of steam...😂

Maximum charging power, please give maximum charging power for each car you review.
It's an irrelevant stat and most of these cars don't have it yet

Psh. You say Celestiq, I say SUX 6000. IYKYK.
We don't need any more luxury EVs. We need more affordable ones especially in the na

My, how our expectations have changed over the last few years!
Well comparing to the new electric hypercars it's relatively slow
GM and Ford are starting to pull back making less as evs are slow selling. Plug in hybrids seem to be doing way better
What EV is GM cutting back on? Ford yes but not GM.
Android Auto... Gee, let's give Google another way to follow us. Hard pass on the Volvo/Polestar data scrapers.

Do you think Tesla Model X looks like a luxury car?
@@EforElectric Tesla has never been considered a luxury car. It's an overpriced car.

That's only because you were stupid enough to buy a Tesla. Don't blame the rest of the EV buyers for your dumb mistakes
