I've heard so many good things about psych's like the psilocybin mushrooms and their health benefits, I also heard it helps one get through addiction and depression. Am just wondering where or how I can get my hands on them cause I'll love to give it a try, I'm passing through a state of terrible depression lately and it's killing me

Plant medicines like the mushrooms have been proven to bring many positive effects on overall mood and serotonin production after just one use. Additionally, micro-dosing is very beneficial to productivity and overall feelings of happiness.

I just finished a trip (haven't had one for about 2-3 months) and it was a mess, it wasn't bad or good, it was weird, haven't ever had such a meh trip
kept going outside for a walk, like searching for something, but never found it, I just got back from working two months abroad and wanted to trip but it felt off, everything felt unorganized and I was on edge most of the time, kinda felt depressing and lonely aswell, but oh well

the most common psych is actually DMT, its in so many plants, altho mushrooms would be 2nd, and the cacti would be a decent 3rd or 4th place (as naturally produced LSA [a precursor to LSD] might be more abundant, I dont know enough to say that for certain tho)but good to show because its a completely different class of drug. Also the people discovered with the toad bones likely used them as sacrifices or food, and the earliest know use of toad venom was in the 1983, published by Albert Most. While it is used today in some rituals in Mexico it is in fact a more recent discovery, with more recently made traditions, after a clinic for using the chemical was set up around the area.
Edit: One last thing on dosing, some psychs may cause cardiac issues if taken long term, like with long term micro-dosing, however this seems to be the only negative physical effect found for the classical psychs when micro-dosing, however when doing a standard "trip" dose, these drugs also cause vasoconstriction so if you have bp issues be careful. Most people don't have the urge to keep tripping constantly and due to decent periods of rest between trips the cardiac issues are not as problematic.
These are some fairly minor nitpicks tbh, this was a really good vid! But with drugs it can sometimes be hard to sift through data as a large about has come from users due to insane prohibition laws which also limited study.
There is no chemical to dangerous, no drug too potent. Just because current tech might make it more difficult to study, does not mean in a year or 2 or 10 it wont be much easier, and current limitations make these kinds of studies as difficult as possible to accomplish, serious law reform needs to happen so we can actually learn about the things we find scary, and so we can make what we fear tolerable, or even useful in our future!
