I have a question since I have watched quite a number of house videos. Why is the master bedrooms usually on the lower level (lvl 2) not on the upper most level especially the views are more private and cant see the next neighbour's house? Is it because of the heat? U know lah Singapore. That is the only reason I can think of. So, why?

Why are people today so into or obsessed with ultra-minimalist, sterile, soulless and glass-overkill houses? These look no different from furniture showrooms, commercial exhibition halls or modern 'art' galleries. :(
For some it might give them a break from their overly "colourful" work days or hazy moods after a long day out. Messy rooms or flashy colours may bother some after a while. Something clean feels refreshing I guess. I wouldn't have so much glass everywhere though. Maybe some texture would have been nice.
Because buying and hoarding plastic things have become what the Anxious do. Real wisdom is getting one or two..quality "stuff". Minimalist contribute to good health....no need go on TV and be candidate for "this week, on helping the Poor declutter" Do it ourselves. Have a strong mind. Just coz is plastic $1 $2 dont mean we need to hoard hoard hoard. Minimal leave more room to do stuff, actually... *Live*
Property agents really should really try to polish up their spoken language before presenting videos. Also, the scripting is plain awful. From a marketing point of view, they have committed so many mistakes.... absolute no nos from a marketing /PR point of view. If there isn't a script, then these agents should watch their presentation critically and try to figure out where they have gone wrong.
