I've never seen a house decor that i love so much, i love all the cultural elements they added and the house does not feel so much like a showroom , feels very homely ❤
I suppose this is a dream for many. Especially for someone who entertains and lives a certain kind of lifestyle. Love the pool. But all that money…I prefer a quiet spot of forest, lots of privacy, a warm fire, natural building materials, a space I can easily clean & maintain myself, and easy access to a natural swim. I guess I’d have a lot of cash left over.
For sure , a beautiful home! If the house was mine and i would for sure have the financial resources, I would build a huge basement, with state of the art gym, sauna and steam room & hydro bath, and of course a start of the art Home theatre space. O yeah, I forgot teh Solar powered yatch! lol
finally a home tour with furniture proportions I can use! For some reason my current place was designed with extra big rooms, and they look empty and bare. Like 5-700sqft per bedroom
My only comments are ...Master bedroom does not have a walk in wardrobe...it's a shame..also roof top not done up which is fine but you guys need to let us see it ...not 1 sec peek but literally let us soak in and visualise what could be. Apart from that what an opulent home...oozes luxury from the get go...presenter was calm and informative very viewer friendly.
Is it normal in the region to have two houses directly facing each other so you have absolutely no privacy...full view into each others' homes, pool, on several levels?! Even the balconies right over each others yards and home windows! Really nice home, that privacy issue just surprised me.

With sentosa in general, it looks like the houses were individually developed simultaneously, so architects had no idea what the neighbors & sight-lines would look like.
